Airtel janakpuri

Very dirty service. Today when I went to get my sim changed, they asked for 72 hours and talked in such a wrong way, Prateek was talking very dirty to the manager there.

My experience was very good here. Store guy was very polight and helpful.
He resolved my issue within hours, this is what you expect from a service center.

No one is available on the given number. If it is not possible for someone to visit the shop, how will they contact you?

I wanted to surrender post paid sims under air tel black. They said minimum 120 days required. It was not told earlier while taking airtel black connection. Over all our experience with black connection was unsatisfactory

Need more automated customer oriented services counter including self service with airtel money, fastag, customer care hotline, empathetic staff, etc

Absence of any customers service, staff hurling abuse on each other infornt of customer'.

For any work they need to covert to postpaid

A typical Airtel experience with really helpful team around to support and provide resolution to the queries.
Appreciate the promptness and easiness for the entire experience. Staff is always updated with the complete product knowledge and provide the best customer experience.

Very bad service experience, I purchased a sim a year ago with my valod documents, now airtel stopped my incoming and outgoing calls due to some documents issue according to airtel, I again submitted my documents on airtel store janakpuri on 1st november but my number is still not active for incoming and outgoing calls and msgs. Worst service. They don't treat customer properly and don't give feasible solution. And make faces while treating customer as if we are irritating them.
Worst store.

Does not provide adequate service. Customer management is of a 3rd grade quality! I dont recommend this store at all

Rating 1 star because I cant rate it 0. DO not ever go to this airtel Store. They are rude and impolite to customer and don't even listen to customer. When I told I will port out from airtel they said yes you can port out.

Very bad service by Airtel staffs in janakpuri store. They didn't respond at all. Also they are very lazy

Worst service and staff taking too much time, they are not aware the details ans no idea how to resolve the query. They don't have any idea to how to do the work.
