Could not even do a simple task like postpaid to prepaid conversation. Unskilled staff and unprofessional too.

Your services are very poor and you dont put any Mobile/Telephone no so that one can query any thing while skiping a physical visit in this CORONA PERIOD. Hope I am very much clear to avoid any misunderstood thing.

Good place & sufficient staff. But they are facing network issue just like consumers. Staff is not able to use 4G services, just using 3G network in their centre. God only knows what will they do at the time of 5G.

The service is quite average here. Their only target is get a new customer or sell a new sim card. Not to cater to the existing customers.

Poor information about porting facility. And very reluctantly explaining the porting procedure. Passing time of customer in unnecessary gossips and very very lax and easy going attitude.

Its a group of idiots. You will see here stupid ill mannered, humiliating staff who will not support you. I personally found them busy in their own chatting. I suggest to leave Airtel and Port your number to Jio or Voda.
They DO NOT deserve even 1 star.

Location is good but parking not available so you have to park at J block market parking. Staff is rigid and slow. They make you visit again and again for petty issues.

Such bad experience. Non co-operative, rude staff. Have no interest in helping you at all. If it wouldn't have been my need to Port to Airtel, I'd never have gone there, given the attitude these people have to offer. Go to any other Airtel store for help, if possible but not here.

Worst service here, people are soo arrogant here.i just went for a sim re issue and i got the world longest process
do not go to this place and all the employees shoul just try to be little less arrogant
