Worst store to visit, fraudsters are running this outlet, they will give you unnecessary plans, ownership change is a pathetic procedure, they will deny everything, if you'll argue with them, ghusand bajne chaie inke

Worst service, they always has excuses for not working, my SIM card was not working, they simply said today sim changing is not possible, they simply denied to solve my problem with irresponsible nature

I went for the ownership transfer. For document verification, they were asked to mail the documents. If there is any documents which doesn't fullfill their criteria for the transfer they won't reply on mail or via call.you will have to call again and again for the updates. They are not ready to take responsibility. Even I have sent the documents.their backend senior said it's a same document without checking it properly. Worst experience. It take 2 months for the ownership transfer. Thanks for the worst experience

Airtel Store Staff are rude and unhelpful to people who visit their store, specially the first person who sits at the very beginning of tables.

I visited the store as my SIM Card stopped working suddenly and he was not helpful at all.

Staffs are rude they are not doing there work properly i went there for reactivating my old postpaid sim but they did not activate they were keep saying come tomorrow come again like this

Nice showroom. But, limited number of Customer Service Executives. Waiting time here is looong! MCD Parking is on payment only.

Extremely pathetic service. Staff busy in chit chats and customers waiting for basic services with no estimated wait time. Once you enter, will be at the mercy of cold behaviour. Someone in Airtel should look at the service quality.

Very rude staff who know nothing about resolving issues. They will just keep asking you to come back again and not do any work. Had some urgent required but after visiting this store multiple times, finally got it done through another store in Gurgaon.

This is the worst airtel store.
A simple sim change request leads to 2 days of delay and you are left with no options as these idiots cant input all the data into the system correctly. Go to any other story but this!

Services provided by the employees are good they provide you a very welcoming and caring service.

Today one of there staff denied to Port my Vodafone Postpaid number to Airtel Prepaid, but they were ready to port them into postpaid.
Liers dont fool the general Public, BTW i hve done it from another souce, today itself.

Incompetent staff. It takes 30 min.minimum for your turn and never give positive response against any problem.
