Really impressed with services. I would like to mentioned subham specifically, he is very friendly and customer centric. Thank u so much for helping me.
Not so good experience. Airtel may be a Private Company but staff working in this Store are work like Government officials. First they will not entertain you. Still if they do, they saw you as a potential thief. They will ask random questions from you. And they can reject your request at any time on any arbitrary reason. They just want a reason to kick you out from store. Ninja Technique: Argue with them as much as you can. Then there is high possibility they will listen you and solve your problem.
The staff deployed here is so rude and arrogant, they don't even talk softly with customers, specially the guys sitting on first counter. After standing along with counter for 25 mins then they ask to stand in queue. Worst experience ever by The Airtel. At least they should know how to interact with the customers, creating chaos for customers is not a good one instead of helping they're forcing out customers to visit another store. Worst staff ever seen till now.
Pathetic service. They will call you and tell sir just visit the store we will activate your SIM and once you are here they will say sir we don't have a policy for this. No one is taking responsibility for miscommunication.
1- Service was good for me 2- As I saw there was an old man who was not able to understand what happened with his sim and the Airtel staff told him some technical language again he got more confused. And later the staff just said ho Gaya aapka thik. (This is not the way) 3- overall okok
Visit was good for me. Space is not enough but okay for this kind of store.they'll get back to you as soon as possible.and help you with details and all Overall a good experience
Too much bad service. I have applied for duplicate sim card.and visit there store soo many time it's has more than a month but my sim card is not active still. I have complaint soo many time but no benifit.all staff vare irritating me with their rude behaviour.they had taken money.take document pick.give me sim card but this card is still not working I request to all don't go there.they just want to give excuse they don't know how to work
Information does not match from staff with information available on airtel site, they are always ask for sim change even for small errors ratified through settings ultimately
