Airtel Store

Customer handling process is little confusing. You have to directly approach the store manager for alignment Otherwise nobody will assist you there.
Need to improve the process.

Very bad experience at this Airtel store everything is on digital and still they are asking for physical id proof why i need to do this for the same.
Extremely BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE

Airtel store is on kalkaji main road. Excellent Efficient Quick Service. All staff members are very helpful. Went there to replace my very old sim card. The entire process just took 15 minutes.

Only executive were sting and attending the customer l, no one on reception all are enjoying in side.

My sim was not working so i visited airtel store.they changed the sim. But it hasn't been activated yet and I don't even have the number of the Airtel store. It's been almost 3 days. Such a poor service.

This store is based out at Kalkaji main market but in Google shoes different locations so if anyone wants to go they can go direct to Main Market Kalkaji or search KFC in Kalkaji. The staff is very helpful and polite. I went twice for some work they did it very efficiently. I am very happy with Airtel store services. First time I have ever seen this kind of service at any Airtel store.

Employes are not well trained
They don't know how to tackle the problem
All what they do is ask you to Change the sim and if the problem still persist then will tell you that have raised a compliment
But are not able to tell the actual problem
I guess they want better training

Little bit un-knowledgeable about airtel services and how to post to prepaid.otherwise as it Brands.

They don't want to work there. Just push the customer for the next one to finish the given token in a day. Like an assembly line.

STAFF AND MANAGER ARE NOT COOPERATIVE. THEY TRY TO TWIST THE ISSUE AND NOT HAVING PROACTIVE APPROACH TOWARDS RESOLUTION. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Good place to visit and must buy the airtel sim it will help you to get signal at the places where you don't think of anything like that.

Only good for recharges. Most of the staff is clueless and you will spend min 30-45mins for the simplest fo tasks. They're very eager to help only if they can push you to a higher plan for mobiles only - no DTH and no broadband

Very Good Staff. Very spacious office. Immediate attention to customers. Covid protocol was being followed. SIM replaced in less than 10 minutes total time.

Extremely poor service.empty store with 4 functional counters and still was askes to wait.executive not willing to hear customer.reverifying all documents of a customer who has already been verified several times in the past by them.so funny and time waste.valid documents such as aadhaar and driving licence rejected due to some lame reasons.no wonder why people are leaving airtel.worst service and pathetic network.website shows some other recharge where as store says its no more available.

I recently visited Airtel store, this store is good. They have given good service. I went there to buy a new sim for gaming. As dual network gaming improves latency fluctuations. I used voda and Airtel both. But trust me Airtel is the true winner for gaming.

Good maintenance of social distancing in store and fast service. Approximate time it took for me to get duplicate sim card was 20 minutes including the waiting time.

Yes off course, you go to any airtel hub they behave like this only 0% customer care, never give a proper answer, poor attitude,
