In this store I went today for some reason of my Airtel Connection. There is one lady staff she have full of attitude she will think she is the boss n her face also like angry she don’t no how to talk with customer.if I ask to something she badly n rudely like angry face
Very bad service…. The request has not been resolve even in a months from this service point …. I will not suggest anyone to take Airtel Fiber Services as per my experience.
They are cheater and frauds they do not provide proper information and afterward customer has to pay for that, Please save yourself and your money do not visit this store.
The assistance provided was with kind behaviour and proficient attitude. Really appreciate the help offered and time given without getting even a little impatient.
Worst service. They even donot provide contatct number or email id to contact them. They ask for each query you have to visit store only. Now I have been there for port in service from jio to Airtel.visited 2 times store for my problem but still having the same peoble.now how many times i would visit them.
Clean and followed proper protocol. Didn't happen with me but while I was in the store I saw the staff behaving the way they shouldn't be they were impatient towards an elderly man. Besides that everything else was great.
Nice place renovated a year ago with an excellent supply staff of especially eager, energetic & enthusiastic young women assisting Airtel customers on a daily basis.
Bad service center, Too much bad experience, I m change my old to new sim and this is not active, after some time my sim is not work.totally disappointed.
Nice place to resolve your problems regarding network issues, bill payments.location is quite accessible.it is just 50 meters ahead of South Extension Part -1 petrol pump in the service lane.staff was friendly and helpful.
Very poor services I've done my recharge thrice and still my outgoing was showing finished I tried to connect with store, called hundred time nobody responded I think you guys should close the store why you opened when you're not able to take calls and help to resolve problems.
Went again in 2021 and same good Service and Thanks to Harshit who even remembered me when I went for a second time. Excellent Service and all Protocols in Place for Covid 2019.
Highly dissatisfied with the staff of this store, the staff don't talk properly with their customers. Whenever you visit there just keep in mind to have 1-2 hours with you and exit the store without any resolution. I wanted to get KYC done the staff over there said me to open a new account with new number, what kind of reply was this? Visited several times wasted my 1 hour twice, the staff over there is very bad don't know how to talk with customers.
Bad service, they didnt tell which id proof will work and after a day telling us that the picture was blur and The request got rejected. For request of duplicate sim.
If u r sitting in a Airtel store then The OTP is not coming and Staff is saying go out side then u'll get the OTP.and they said visit store next time for OTP as ur daily OTP receive Limit is over now.what a service!
Worst STAFF EVER, Some STAFF has got a lots of ATTITUDE especially GIRLS, Their communication skills is WORST, They don't know how to respect CUSTOMER, #WORSTSTAFF!
Had the most pathetic experience at this store. Not a single employee has values, basic courtesy to talk to people, or the knowledge to solve basic problems. It took me 1 hour to be able to activate my number even though it should've been a 10 minute process. The staff was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman who was shaking and couldn't even stand. At 6 PM they told him to wait for 3 more hours even though he had been coming for 3 days to get his work done. Similarly when a low-income customer came, the same staff member rejected his ID and humiliated him in front of everyone. I myself had to struggle with a customer representative who was very rude, failed to accept that the fault was Airtel's, and refused to give me a solution for 40 minutes even though I kept telling her to consult her senior. After 45 minutes she finally consulted her senior who gave us a workable solution in 10 minutes. Overall horrible experience. Airtel needs to seriously invest in training its customer facing staff especially at the south ex store.
This Airtel store is now renovated recently and you can visit this place if facing any issues. There are 5-6 customer representative for your assistance and you can get ur token number by using your mobile number. The staff is very supportive and the staff is also very helpful
First of all, Don't get Airtel Connection.this will be nightmare for you. Store is good and staff is helpful but they still confuse why not internet speed is not coming. They try all settings but failed
Apparently staff seems to be well polished but they don’t know their job at all. I had to visit three times for a petty job of getting my sim replaced. They show no remorse and very uncorteous. They take things very casually. Would never visit this store again.
The staff at the South Ex outlet is very incompetent. They are least interested in doing in their job and procrastinate their work. Never visiting this store again.
