Airtel Store

Their is a senior lady, I don't know if she is a store manager or what. But she is very rude and arrogant. She doesn't know how to answer the customers.
In fact, on my general querry, she just simply said that, if I want to visit other store I can. But the work will happen as per their own convenience.
VERY VERY BAD attitude of an employee of a Service Provider like Airtel.

I would have rated negative for this, if available.

A store where the service is at best, best hospitality and solution. For 3 days I had no network incoming or outgoing services visited other stores where I was asked to wait for 3/5 working days due to technical issue. But these people promised me they will fix and did the same in jiffy. Thanks a ton to Suraj and the store incharge:)

Not co-operative staff and not have updated knowledge. Misbehave by airtel store staff are common

The executive girls hasnot proper knowledge of which services they have or not even without asking from seniors they refused to all customers

One of the worst airtel center. Entire staff is very rude.please change all employees dear airtel as they are ruining your brand name your promise etc.

Wrost ever experience, support staff is not cooperative. Forcing for postpaid connection, if you denied they will take lot of time in name of process.

Your store representative doesn't know anything about Airtel and misguide the customer and when I asked for a service they told me to "go to jio store as there service is far better than us".

The behavior of sales representative are not appropriate as they are less supportive & create unnecessary troubles.

I’ve visited this store to port in my number in Airtel prepaid and there’s a some guy sunny he denied to port my number in prepaid and when I asked the reason why he can’t port my number in prepaid he denied and told me that I my number will port only if I take postpaid connection.
Literally very bad experience at the Airtel store…!
Guys please take all the correct info before visiting this store so that they don’t make you fool.

Worst services, they are only scamming people, staff is use less they are only sitting there to scam people.

This store is good but some personals have rude behaviour while giving service. Got irritated while enquiring. Does not consider the age of person while talking. Irresponsible behaviour.

I came here at 10a.m which is the store opening time. Still asked me to wait till 10: 30a.m that too outside the store. And I just wanted a new sim. This is how airtel treats their new customers

Worst service ever, i visited there for buying portable wifi drive, they showed me another number and give any other number how i can accept these after that they saying wait will talk to you later, don't visit here

They dont provide us good service. Every time i go there thay said come next day then i go there next they are saying our server is down plz come next day

Poor service by staff there is no proper answer for thr questions asked they always try to make customer go to other store for there problem

All girls are froud they all r achieving there target for prepaid sim convertered to postpaid torture with walking customers.her name is simar's left side sit girl.

They mislead customers. They do not process postpaid to prepaid porting and ask customers that only postpaid to postpaid porting can be done.

I visited this place for porting my number in Airtel. They did it fast and provide satisfactory service.
