Worst customer service, staff should be changed, specially everyone, it doesn't matter who ever visit this place, every people always question about uneducated staff behaviour.
Worst Airtel store and mannerless staff. I I visited today at 7: 37pm to port my number to airtel and the guy on the counter said the store is closed. While I completely respect the work timings of the store but the way he communicated was very unprofessional and rude. When I asked about when I should come, He closed his laptop and left without answering. No sense of customer service everyone was ready to fight instead of politely responding and educating their customers. The weird thing is The other staff members were working with customer till after 8pm.
I found this Airtel store in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi very supportive and helpful. Right from the moment one enters inside, the feeling of being in a family environment starts taking shape. Young staff members with smiling faces add value to the quality service. Keep growing and continue the good work Airtel.
I came to this store to port my number to Airtel. The experience was good.
I want to give a suggestion to the store owner that the store looks dull. The colour theme of the store is white and red. However, the white colour has turned yellowish and makes the store really old and unpleasant. Use the bright white lights.
With Airtel closing nost of it's Service shops closed, the outlet at busy Sarojinimkt Mall is a welcome sign. But the Service an insists that Toll Free no.s are against payment for making calls. And a subscriber like me, who has taken a prepayment plan with 2 GB plan @ Rs 2990, can't make any calls to any Toll Free no.and need recharge (sic) No wonderJIO and Tatas would kick out this inefficient comml, who does not have any work culture whose owner was selling daal atta in Ludhiana, a few years back.
Visited store on 20 Aug 22 at 1905 hrs to swap my Airtel sim which stopped working suddenly. Executive said store is closed. Come On Monday. Very unprofessional approach. As per goggle, store closing time 2000 hrs and open all days. As per store. Open all days from 1030 am to 0730pm. But store working closes much before 7pm and also not working on Sunday. Such negative views and nobody even feels to initiate action or reply to the reviews. Pathetic. Buss chala raha hai log.
Useless staff and irresponsible behaviour. Just because they know that customer is stuck with Airtel, they have no respect for him. Completely rude and untrained staff.
Uneducated staff no manners at all, they forgot that coz us they are getting paid, bqd experienced airtel customer care executive are way far better than them. Airtel teach them some manners and if not hire some educated peoples please never visit this store or els closed the store let custer care executive handled customer
Airtel provides the best service but in this store the staff is a group of idiots. It seems that the staff in this branch only comes to roam in the market as they didn't care for the customers never picks the call. I request airtel to please look into this matter as the staff is destroying the reputation of the company.
Worst Store. Please dont go. You will waste your time. Staff are incompetent to help any customer regardig any issue. I dont know if this is how airtel works or this store has employee issues.
