Worst experience
Very bad behaviour of the staff
Literally they were behaving like they are the owner of airtel and not even listening to my issue

They provide sim easily with good behaviour but when told to try AI version they said internet is now working, I mean people you are selling internet how you can accept that and they are not even demonstrating the products just sitting in a side and cracking jokes all the time but ambiance is good

Attendants available here always try to provide postpaid sim even if customer is asking for prepaid card

Yes it's Airtel Service means No confusion, no more question easy to serve give excellence service everything is converted into One Airtel plan. Landline, DTH or Mobile connection comes with single bill, single call centre for service. Yes it's Airtel not just Airtel it represent the World 3rd Largest telecom company which always fight for their customers to provide excellence in service.

Pathetic/poor service. Now I know how a company like airtel is also suffering loss. Because of these kind of outlet. Where customer is not attended as a duty but as compulsion.
