In my whole life I did not see this kind of behaviour from airtel department in a malviya nagar front of Laxmi Narayan mandir I am a coustomer of airtel seeing very long time there is a laday Ishrat khan she don't know how to treat a coustomer she shouted very badly and rude behaviour and I am not happy with that

Very gud service by Airtel.you can convert from prepaid to postpaid service. Miss Ishrat is very good & helpful, very supportive. She will guide you regarding plans with transparency

Again fraudulent billing

Airtel does it again, harassment to senior citizen. Their post paid service is money spinning sham. Bill in dispute, but despite that charges late fee of Rs 300+. Additional charge of internet telephony more than 1000+ when they have already gave a waiver of fraud bill of 8000.
Why this harassment every month. Painful. I am seriously thinking of surrendering this connection. Visit to malviya nagar store hardly help, they simply raise a ticket but no relief.
Pathetic service - top class harassment. Fed up with them. Sad.

Very bad service, wrong commitment, just sell our product poor service, don't go their, i lodge the police FIR against store staff

Great store, Staff is very friendly. I had some issues but they helped with everything and gave immediate solutions.

Situated opposite Laxmi Narayan Mandir, this airtel outlet is hard to miss. Seamless customer service, I went to get a duplicate SIM, and the whole process took me less than five minutes.

Amazing experience at this branch of Airtel. Mr AMIT was a great customer support for me Everything went on flawlessly. Truly a stress-free visit. Hope to see more airtel stores with such great staff.

Very rude behaviour, specially that one person who sit in the reception.really got confused Airtel is govt or the private enterprise.after seeing the behaviour of the employees over there

The attendents at this center respond slow also the workflow is so complicated even for a little stuff. I recommend airtel to simplify it's services.
