Airtel Store

Really bad customer experience. They will ask you to sit and wait. Then you'll keep sitting if you are not constantly requesting to make it fast as first come first serve is not applicable. Also, prepaid sim buyers are not entertained and have to wait for atleast 45-55 minutes.

Would definitely recommend if you have the whole day.

There is no one available to activate new connection.

Amazing feature with their software airtel CIBIL it also has criteria to generate random numbers as per the numerology (sum of all the digits)
Staff were tech savvy of course.
Office environment was Eco & Ergonomic.

True Airtel Store, Proper Parking. Mr Udit Sharma is very helpful and always smilling. He resolves issues in few minutes.

Store is too far from home. I went there to replace Sim they charge rs. 50/= without any receipt for Sim replacement and told it will start in less than 24hoir. After passing 36 hour still in vein. There is no contact number to approach them on line showing store at lal quarter after reaching there know that store was closed 3 month back then why they are still showing lal quarter store just to waste customer time and money. Again I have to visit their shakarpur store to start my Sim. For all that I spend6 Rs 600/= with 6 hour time for two visit. Staff is also rude.

My Airtel sim suddenly stopped working so, i visited this store to get my problem resolved but one of the male staff had said that they don't have sim card in stock so, please visit after 3 to 4 days and then I asked one female staff to please resolve my issue because this is my primary sim, then she resolve my issue by giving me new sim card of same no. After charging Rs. 50 as service charge. EVEN YOU GUYS HAVE SIM CARD IN STOCK YOU SAID THAT WE DON'T HAVE IN STOCK THIS TYPE OF PATHETIC SERVICE IS NOT GOING TO WORK IN LONG RUN. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not able to solve the issue and the recommended course of action also did not work.
They were not proactive in offering to resolve the issue later and were trying to pass on the matter to the customer to take up with the other deptt of Airtel.
Not expected from Airtel.

Manager and staff are not aware about the process, i was a professional that’s why i was able to fight back but just think about the lay man.they would have been miss guided by the staff. And to my surprise they were so confident in this scenario. Also they should include humbleness in their behaviour.

Worst experience. I went to port my Vi number they simply denied and redirected me to Vi store. They just wanted to rest for the day instead of serving customers.

I am Airtel customer from 20 years. Now from last more than one year the Network service is very poor in my area. Any complaints have not solved. Neither call quality nor the data network. Just paying the bills without having to use it. So decided to go from postpaid to prepaid to save some. It feels bad if i have to switch operator after some time.

Sundays staff are very limited and those who are available are working in shifts and he bece very burdened

Illiterate staff. Instead of giving solution to customer they distract customer without knowing what will customer face.

Nice but the staff is less to listen to people queries.the staff already present is nice and listen to ur queries but they are less as people vets frustrated standing in queues.

The service is great! I was able to visit and get out within 20-25 minutes after completing the formalities for porting my number.
Took me so much longer when I visited Jio a while back.

Un professional staff. They don't have solutions for problems occurred from company side. Useless staffs.

The staff is nice. The best girl in the staff is Aalya. She is the sweetest and willing to help you no matter how many times you visit her.

Don't go to Airtel store on Saturday & Sunday for postpaid to prepaid changes or vice versa because they said their system is updating on these days. When most peoples have time then they start updating their system and with this, they are thinking to do 0000 complaints on their network. Wow!

Why are you telling wrong information that a Jio postpaid number cannot be ported to Airtel prepaid. Provided I have fulfilled all the requirements, just have words with customer care number, they said they if you are fulfilling all requirement, they can't deny your request. But you denied my request. This is not good. Now I will port in other network.

Good service at this Airtel store and Employee are also Good but it's very busy in Day as lots of customer vist at this store.

Please do not go there for any kind of telephonic work as these worst workers do not have any kind of knowledge and responsibility

Outlet is well designed.staff was so quick and helpful during the process of issuing new SIM card to me.

Sir/Ma'am i recharge my Airtel broadband connection 2356rp through Airtel.in, amount debited from my account but recharge isn't successful i also call at costumer service but no one responded please help
