Airtel Store

Thank you so much Airtel to have a store so nearby our residence. The executives working there are simply amazing with great domain knowledge about products and query resolution sooner.

They give faulty sim to customer to charge again and again 50 rs and not even attend the call of the customer. Third class services by the store

I have visited here today, sitting area is fine, but only one customer care relative is present where there are four counters. On one counter a man is doing data entry or somewhat. Due to that a long queue has been creates. Other staff are inside the cabin. I don't know what they are doing there, but due to that customers are getting irritating. Only provide a sitting area doesn't means service is great.

Very good place.

Nice staff for solving any problem related to reissue sim card, change postpaid plan, bill payment and guide for other queries.

I visited here for my Airtel payment Bank account related queries they have only excuses but not any solutions for my queries Mr. Shahid attended me but he didn't given me any solution.

As per the store timing store is closed but they mentioned it's open such a bad experience with this store in peeragarhi.

Being airtel company, services are best, good behaviour with customer, I would love to visit again.

Airtel store staff is well mannered, they listen to our issues properly and take out a perfect solution for that. And Mukesh sir his is very nice guy he always treats a customer politely.keep it up guys you all are doing very well.

Very polight service, he attending me with honestly and i have purchase 12 postpaid connection and 3 broadband and 7 DTH connection.
