Impolite staff, store manager is never present, they will just waste your time, don't buy Airtel, choose other brands

Exceptionally helpful staff and quick assistance. I bought a (tourist) prepaid SIM card. I can highly recommend the store.

They forgot that they are a big company which should have a high standards when it comes to solve a problem of a customer.
My number got disabled permanently without any reason n they are not trying to solve that, all they are doing is to send me from Punjab to delhi n delhi to Punjab in between their stores even after that there are no solution available. Zero coordination between the different zonal stores even everything is online. Still waiting to activate my number, worst experience ever in Airtel. I think they are losing hope to compete with jio

मेरे लिए एयरटेल स्टोर और एयरटेल कंपनी दोनों का अनुभव घटिया रहा। एक साल का रिचार्ज करने पर इन्होंने सर्विस नही दी। कंज्यूमर कोर्ट से लेकर trai तक गया। किसी ने मदद नही की।
कह रहे है नंबर deactivate होने के बाद दुबारा एक्टिवेशन पर हम पुराने बेनिफिट नही देते।
रिचार्ज होने पर भी खुद ही नंबर डीएक्टिवेट किया और खुद ही पैसे डकार गए।
इसलिए एक साल का रिचार्ज न करवाए नही तो एयरटेल भरोसेमंद कंपनी नही है मेरे अनुभव के अनुसार।
