If you need an Indian phone card/number, this is the wrong place. You need a person with an Indian phone number as a reference. To pay for the card/contract, access to PayTM and an Indian bank account with an Indian bank. All possible, but you can only get the bank account if you are an Indian citizen.
Payments, communication, ID options are completely isolated in India - as a foreigner you have no chance. Take cash from me and pay Telekom the 150 Eur for 20 GB. In India it only costs 2 euros but you can't get it. The staff in the shop were very nice and tried everything, but the law is the law - foreigners not welcome.

The worst store ever, people have bad attitude over here. They wasted my whole day and it was so important coz I had to go out from delhi urgently. And a employee named Sheetal didn't tell me the whole information regarding the sim. I hope they change the staff and service.

Zero professionalism from the staff at this outlet. No kiosk working for booking the request. There is no such senior person whom u can complain about it. All the staff behave like its there college time.roaming here and there in between attending the customer, laughing loudly, cracking jokes with their female colleagues. They just want to sell you the DTH, WIFI AND POST PAID PACKS!

Very unsupported staffs, they forced to pay cash instead of digital payment, staffs are rude. They are busy with himself.

Located just opposit to J block Saket market. Less crowded. Staff are friendly and very helpfull.

I couldn't get the name of the lady who helped me. I was in hurry as i had an emergency in ILBS hospital but she understood and very quickly resolved my issue. I wish i could thank her in person. God bless you and keep it up. You guys are doing an awesome job.

Wrost experience I went many times they're not responding staff was not trained 10 year's ago I have purchased sim card from Uninor after 6 year that sim was ported to Vodafone Idea but before 1 year that sim was ported to Airtel postpaid so after 6 months sim was deactivated then I have visited airtel store they told me they can not give same no. Bcz according to TRAI if sim was deactivated more than 90 days It will come back to parent company according to Airtel store it has gone Uninor and Uninor was closed so you can not get same no. Very bad service don't go airtel store saket no-one care your problem

I had visited your branch at Saket Airtel store & met with KARUNA SAGAR WHO IS THE MANAGER OF THEIR STORE. I took airtel black plan from her.she said One month Dth was free second month u will be charged then My wife called her for the channel changes. She did not respond properly. Then today my wife called her & she spoke very rude with her. This is not the way of service given to the customer. Kindly action against such people or else I will have to do ESCLATION FOR YOU GUYS! Stopped this nonsense.

For me it was a good experience. Easy to access location in Saket J block main road. Polite people and just took 15 min to resolve my problem which was to block my lost sim and replace it with new sim. Thanks guys

No action on my complaints. I had visited SAKET AIRTEL STORE. I was registered my complaint to KARUNA SAGAR Store manager i did it so many times but they don't take any action or give me any clarification on network problem. Am asking those people who gave ad on airtel come and check network. Don't give fake ads on TV.

And at the time when i was at store she was behaving very very rude with me.she don't have a manners how to talk with senior or with customer.the way she talk its not official kindly work on it.

I have worst experience from airtel saket. That female staff name SWATI doesn't know how to behave with the client, showing attitude. She lied and make me visit several times in the office and forcing me recharged to non activated sim n lied that it will be refunded which I never got refunded. Before She never explained about the process of sim activation and later she told me that sim is damaged made me pay double recharged. Please train your staff properly I hope doesn't happen to anyone again.

I have visited this place several times and still solved the problems in my SIM card. I am very happy with one of the employees, his name is Pradeep, their work is excellent.
