Airtel Store

Unprofessional behaviour by the staff was not providing any help and telling to call the customer care.

This location Airtel store closed and shifted to other place. Opposite Tivoli, near Axis Bank chattarpur,
Still not open May be open soon

Store timing is 11AM-8PM but store still closed (11: 45 AM) and this is the third time in last 2 weeks. Pathetic in terms of professional.

Employee are so rude and careless.
I have went there for sim replacement but they react like what sbi sbi employee do

Request to airtel please change your staff the behaviour of staff is not good to customers today i have make a call they speak like gavar

One of the worst Airtel centre I have ever been to. My wife's # had no network for over 15 hours and I called up this store for help, they did not talk properly and disconnected the phone while I was asking them what details were needed for resolution.when I went to the store they started asking for physical ID Documents and when I asked them they should have told me on the phone what the requirements were they simply said I should have asked them about it and did hot help us at all. With Airtel network being the worst in chattarpur area such customer centres and executives are a burden in the company.

Very pathetic service by the store staffs. I visited store for my sim change around 7 pm.they told me store timing is till 7 o clock so visit tomorrow at 10 am. I visited tomorrow at 10 am.again then I was told that store opens at 10: 30.while they have put a timing board of 10: 30 to 7: 30.still they don't stick to that themselves.very poor service
