Experience such a bad services. Not really happy with the services provided to the customers and making enquiry over call make people wait for that long and that leads frustration point. I personally wasted my time calling.very bad services. I will recommend my other friends not to use a Airtel Sim now.

Wanted a SIM card while on tourist visa. Quick and easy, just bring passport and make sure you have a friend/hotel Indian cell number so they can send them a one time passcode to that number.
I am an NRI just landed from UK. I went into the shop as it was about to close. I was struggling with new Airtel SIM card which I had purchased from Airpot. Rajat Gupta was so kind to help me out. Sorted everything in few mins. Refused to take any money. Giving full 5* to the staff of Airtel.x

I have visited here to have a prepaid sim. The experience was great. Just need to wait for my turn which took a little bit time… I was being taken care by Hammad which was spontaneous and I was out of there in the next 15 minutes carrying a sim activated and working … Dear Airtel you should really have guys like Hammad in your store to assist customers.
Worst experience ever in airtel store specially the staff is very rude and behaving like they are just ready to fight and half of the staff (named rajat) has been on dinner for last 1 hour and lady named zeba is very rued.atleast u guys have to behave in a manner way i am customer of airtel from last 10 years amd now going to port in vodafone atleast they have some good staff
This store is located opposite of PNB bank CP. If you are thinking to visit here so you must have at least 30 mins time. It's Lil bit crowded place. If you have very less time so try to visit in the morning time. Store opens at 10: 30 am close at 7: 30 pm.
Absolutely pathetic customer service, question on employees competency which they cannot address customer grievances in minimum time. Long queue of customers waiting for their turn, and only 3 counters were addressing, asking them about the low staff they gave reason of lunch time, and rather addressing customers they ask us to write feedback, i mean we have more important work to do. Would never visit this store again.
Policies of Airtel are not good, but their staff is. Perhaps face to face interaction has really more value and every human being cannot deny genuine request of another human.
Senior management would not listen to genuine woes of customer. You may post your issue on any social media, no senior person would ever come forward for even understanding your issue. You get only automated replies.
It is very crowded. Service is just ok. No preference for postpaid customers. The minimum wait time is around 10 minutes. Also they charge for sim swap even though the swap was on account of failure of sim card.

Good service and proper response but, it's always crowded. It's one of the major Airtel stores in Delhi NCR. So whatever the Airtel network issue can be solved from here. And there is a room for improvement in their services. Hope there'll be a change in them in the near future
Ganz ehrlich, ich habe unterschiedliche Erfahrungen mit Airtel in Indien gemacht. Ich habe eine SIM-Karte am Flughafen gekauft, ok nicht meine beste Idee. Tipp: Kauft keine SIM am Flughafen, diese ist total überteuert. Die SIM vom Flughafen hat nach 24 Stunden den Geist aufgegeben. Dann bin ich hilfesuchend zu diesem Store gegangen. 3 Ersatz-SIM-Karten und 3 Besuche im Store später hatte ich noch immer keinen Netzzugang! 60 Stunden nach meinem letzten Besuch in diesem Store hat sich jemand meines Problems angenommen. Die SIM funktioniert einwandfrei. Wo das Problem genau lag kann ich nicht sagen. Vielleicht hatte ich einfach Pech. Das Personal war grundsätzlich super freundlich und hilfsbereit, von dieser Seite keine Kritik. Für mich als Urlauber natürlich bitter, dass es so lange dauerte, um das Problem zu lösen. Für die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die sich offensichtlich wirklich dahinter geklemmt haben, um mein Problem zu lösen gebe ich dennoch 4 Sterne.
Not the most helpful. They don't know half the stuff. The whole point of the store seems for them to sell postpaid plans. Your bombarded with questions 'why don't you switch to postpaid? ' 'do you use a postpaid connection? '
Pre-text of problem: Sim converted to 3G-> 4G Issue: Message outgoing was disabled Cons: service cycle is slow, as it may delay with problem to problem so I have waited their around 1 hour Pros: when my number called, they resolved this message problem in seconds.
Airtel and airtel staff both sucks. I regret to get port my personal postpaid connection to airtel. Staff told me that SIM will work once port is done. Portability has been done still sim is not working. Its showing network but not able to call, call failed call failed. I called to customer care they told me that they have not received any portability request and also they are not able to search my contact number. Is this the way to treat or handle customers queries? I wish TRAI ban such companies. #totallydissatisfied
Good Airtel Mobile service outlet. All services related to Airtel Mobile are privided here and all problem related to Airtel Mobile are resolved. Staff efficient and courteous and explains well the added services the customers may avail if willing. Paid parking for vehicles of customers is available nearby.

If i say something than they reply check yourself.airtel customer care service is not upto mark, advisors, store manager are also unaware about sys. Jio is better in every field.
Took almost an hour to complete the application forms for two SIM cards, even though we arrived with all required documents etc.ready to go. One card activated after 6 hours and we are still waiting for the other to start working 9 hours later. Staff rigidly enforced some strange rules like having to start the application form from scratch if we made an error - one of us crossed out one word and one of us corrected one letter, and they made us both start again. I have used Airtel loyally on visits to India over 10 years, but next time I'll try a different company as Airtel's processes only seem to be getting slower.
Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, can help you on your problem. The Airtel shop is clean and organized, you can easily find someone help you when you are there. However, their service is slow, you may need to wait at least 30 mins before they can help you. And if you go applying SIM card here, you will need to wait for at least 4 hrs for the card to activate
My experience at this airtel store is very very bad. I did all the paperwork and did full payment with activation and recharge plan in 1st visit but these guys not follow up to activate My number and recharge so i need to go store 3 time for follow up.they say they do not provide store help number so if any issue I had to go this horrible store again and again. Employee is very rude to talk and help. I do‘t suggest this store for new connection.go to your local shop. It should better follow up and help things. Gud luck for new connection guys!
I think i got ripped off from th guy on the left desk (the second to the left one). Ok here is what i suggest. Lets do some math. I paid 999 for sim card and 1GB's daily data for 82 days whereas my friend paid 250 for sim card with 30 days pakage. I even asked them for the paper for the paper for promoions and package deals. He said they dont have such things! Its an "OFFICIAL" store and they still do this scam? Or is that a foreign price again? Well folks.welcome to INDIA!
