Airtel Store

My sim port process went really well at this store. Deepak is a good help the manager at the store.

Worst experience ever. The executives doesn't know how to talk to their customers. They are very rude. I went their to talk about the network related issues but the executive doesn't paid any attention and started giving irrelevant excuses. The staff is highly insufficient and useless. It's better to close this store, it's meaningless.

Very bad experience of closing the postpaid number. The staff is unaware about the process of getting the connection close. Firstly asking for payment of 500/- on account of settlement of the sim then said this amount is adjusted in your group plan and you have to pay more for closing the sim. This is not a good practice as per my views.

Airtel store executive person are not help me on my complaint. I request them 2 or 3 times but they not solve my problem.

Have been using airtel postpaid since 14 years. It was pleasant to see an airtel office so near by. There service was very prompt and exceptional. Thank you guys.

Worst service I had to faced so many issue between the connection and I just want to shift my broadband connection when I try to call or mail Airtel team after many requests they said please disconnect (deactivate) your Airtel internet we can’t help you.
Just think Airtel company talk me like this no value of customer, no value of customers many, or even no value of customers time.
Very very very disappointed

Polite and efficient staff. My broadband shifting request was promptly and effectively processed.
