It's user friendly store and staffs are so cordial. All staff assist you as a friend and try to resolve the as soon as possible if possible instantly. And it is just besides bus stand and nearby metro station i.e. Model town station DMRC. So if you have any issue regarding SIM related, then go and get your issue resolved

My Airtel Sim Card stopped working all of sudden.and Airtel Store at GTB Nagar didn’t had sim card in stock.
Then why they’ve opened the store when they don’t have basic amenities available.
Totally unsatisfying.
Employees are polite no problem with them. 5 Stars for them.

Worst store worst Airtel service my SIM card was automatically stop working I go to change sim but both time they have out of stock sim…and executive says that it take one week to stock to come at store what the hell is this…better to port the sim to VI

Kind and helpfull staff, clean place, they follow all the corona guidelines which is impresive, fast service and easy to approach

All the staff are very helpful, at starting point they will check all customer temperature and sanitize there hands too, it's very good. After that he stand there customers according to social distancing. In this critical crona time it's very good step. All over good staff. I already two time visit for my and my father sim.

So bad service with rude behavior of persons. It was looking like they are doing biggest favour to us by listening.

As we know, when someone enters telecom sublet their staff main focus is for postpaid plans and connected offers. When I went there same thing happened. However, after clearly telling that I need prepaid only, they resolve my problem within 10 minutes. At last, airtel store is nice and get your work done happily. Staff is polite speaking.

I met airtel representative (Nisha) and she did best to resolve all my queries and issues. The other staff members were also helpful and they are strictly following covid norms. Awesome airtel team there.

The staff is trained unlike its management who took four months 19 days in resolving my issue involving internet connection

Bakwaas services of Airtel I have lodged my issue complaint in june and August 21, but no action taken till date.
