Airtel Store

Worst experience, worst service, unprofessional staff, manager not available at place. KAL AAJAANA is there solution.

It's just below Patel Nagar Metro station. The store was quite big and the staff were also cooperative and provided their service well. I went there to downgrade my postpaid to prepaid SIM. Satisfactory experience overall.

Very helpful for me because my sim stopped working in the morning and I was worried but they resolved my issue as soon as I reached.

Though my issues are resolved in the end, the process is cumbersome and the experience is quite not up to the mark. They can improve their customer relationship management.

Staffs are good and polite but there don't take Paytm our any kind of digital payment so if u have and problem with there sim and u don't have cash so firstly arrange cash and then go there

Employees are roaming and not taking care of customers. Almost all the counters were empty and we had to wait

यहां की सर्विस एकदम बकवास है एक काम लिए आपको 3-4 बार जाना पड़ता है ।
मैं यहां एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक में पैसे जमा करने जाता हू तो
कहते है की अब हमारे पास पैसे खतम हो गए हैं कल आना । मेरे साथ हमेशा यही होता है मुझे 2 से 3 बार जाना ही पड़ता है

Staff is good working to solve customer problem but sometimes give false information to get company benefiited

Good place and staff's cooperation is good.but issue about E-adhaar card copy doesn't valid there, instead no one will be denied this.but they don't agree for the copy, so I have given another proof

Inexperienced and rude staff, it's been 5 days since I bought dth connection from them, it hasn't been installed till now, Praveen Kumar Gupta attended to my query and he hasn't been taking my calls since last 2 days.

Delays and more delays. I hate how they treat customers. Secially Disha there senior executive was very rude. Management has to take action against her as she never listen to customer and blames backend always.pathetic experience. If such a executive is there.they should close the store.

The service is very good. And the staff there, too. Vinita mam provided the service to me. She solved all my problems. She is very humble and cooperative. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for Vinita Mam.

This Store like a karyana store they don't have a value of clients I have so bad experience I am not recommend

The experience was very narmal as other store's but very silent workplace. Airtel employees were very professional, upgraded my SIM card within few minutes. They also have parking place for two wheelers.

Most of the people who are posting bad reviews just hate Airtel. This is a good Shop and all your issues are treated within 15 mins are less. Aayyyeeee shapath!

Last week my sim broke down so went there. Most of the reviews were negative so I was hesitant at first. But my query was solved in 5 minutes. 5 stars for the lady only. The only thing they can improve is that they should hire more technical staff. As it was early morning still I waited like quite a sometime for the service. Rest everything else was good. Behaviour of the staff was good.

It wasn't a good experience i lost my sim in covid situation they called me twice as they clicked a blur picture at first.
