Remember one thing at this store. You go asking for legitimate complain. They may threat you to put you behind bars.

Online customer service is poor. We had to change the SIM. But there was no support from Airtel. On visiting this outlet, the guy there told us that we were not patient enough to reach a customer executive. The default menus are so poorly designed. I too logged from my number. It takes 48 hours to respond. The sla is so poor. And they now charge Rs 50 for a replacement SIM. For the rest of the industry. It's free.
