Worst Experience ever, there was a girl named geetanjali misbehaved on counter worh everyone. Didn't Expect that much rude behavior. Please complain on grievance if you face this problem.

Token also has no value, you keep waiting. New connection will be available in 5 minutes, but keep waiting for 1-2 hours for sim issue.

Worst service ever I have never seen. मेरे ऐरटेल पैमेंट बैंक मे ट्रांज़ैक्शन नही हो रही थी। जिसकी वजह से मैं दुर्गापुरी ऐरटेल स्टोर में गया वहाँ पर मुझे 2 घंटे वेट करवा के मुझसे कहा गया कि हमारा सर्वर डाउन है आप कल आना। मैं 4 दिन बाद गया और मुझे उन्होंने आधार कार्ड की मास्क फोटोकॉपी और पेन कार्ड की फोटोकॉपी लाने के लिए कहा जिसका कि मुझे बाहर दुकान पे 54रुपए पे करने पड़े। जिसकी कि कोई जरूरत नही थी। फिर मेरे एकाउंट से 30रुपये (10+10+10) विड्रॉल किये। जो कि मुझे वापस भी नही दिये। और मुझे बत्तमीज़ी से बात की गयी खासकर (दानिश) द्वारा।
ये मेरा अनुभव रहा है ऐरटेल के इस स्टोर पे।

Good experience at the store. Especially for Manoj he is a nice person and solve my problem.

कतार व्यवस्था पूर्णतः अनुपालन विरुद्ध है। कोई स्वचालित प्रणाली इस केंद्र पर उपलब्ध नहीं है जो कि ग्राहक स्वयं अपने को कतारबद्ध कर सके। वहाँ कर्मचारी भी पूर्णतः विधि अनुरूप कार्य नहीं करते।हमारे जोर दे के कहने पर सिम बदलना damaged/upgrade श्रेणी में हुआ अन्यथा एयरटेल कर्मी तो lost श्रेणी में 50रुपये लेने को आतुर थे। एयरटेल कर्मियों का ध्यान एयरटेल सही से नहीं रखता।

Worst experience ever Mr. Danish Sach I have kept an uneducated person on the floor, he doesn't know anything, he is roaming around without telling the customer sitting on the chair.and when he comes after 45 minutes, he is telling me that you were not there Here pay.time is of value then ignore this store visit other stores friend all of them don't have time's value.and one Ms. Sakshi hai, she seemed to have come here after getting MBA qulified, very rude girl.there was another boy, Sonu e think of platinum club, what to bolu usko.but ye jo bhi hua hai, ye saara complaint mein Will post on Twitter on Airtel's offical handle and will close the number but will not go to this store of Airtel

Worst experience at this store. 3rd class staff. Just make fool to all customers. No queue, only rude behaviour of employees. You should work for employees first before opening any store at any location

Why is there no option for no star or negative star rating. Never visit for any services here, people are here are just as useless as salt in pepsodent

Seems airtel is loosing customer base due to its bad services

Staff was not cooperative. They had no answer of my question related to network suddenly disappeared in my SIM

Worst service by airtel store.they need to review there store service. Waiting time so huge.
