Airtel Store

My sim stopped working. So the staff was very helpful and good with explaining the process. No additional charges. They represent Airtel properly.

Worst staff don't know how to behave.no one provide prepaid sim. 8person is there all all providing postpaid service.if we buy plan they will help.otherwise they will make u wait

Recently got a number ported from Jio to Airtel. When I went to get the number ported the employees at Airtel couldn’t stop speaking to me about the benefits. However something they conveniently forgot to mention was an issue with FaceTime and IMessage activation in IOS devices.

When I went back to the Airtel store to ask them about a way to fix this, I was made to speak with an employee named Kushagra. He is everything an employee working in the service sector shouldn’t be. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, was of no help and basically told me he doesn’t know when the issue will be resolved and that I’m stuck. When I told him it was the store’s duty to inform me about this issue before porting my sim, he simply disagreed and said it must’ve been the fault of the person dealing with me then.

I am very disappointed with the service offered at this store.

They don't know how to help the customers. As specially Ms Shweta Gupta, she just know how to say NO to the CUSTOMER, even after knowing the complete scenario. She don't know how to help the clients and not apologetic at all even after Making such mistake. Completely unprofessional and inhuman. Don't even have the etiquette to speak with client. I was not expecting such pathetic behaviour and service from such a reputed brand.

Airtel store of sarojini hagar is pathetic, I'll manned staff, specially that last who gives token, zero interest of staff in working

Very lazy.just roaming in n out of the store.

Behavior is gud but waiting for more than 30 minutes.actually there is just 1 customer but taking alot of time to solved the isssue

The store is centrally located. It was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful.

On call customer care team Is saying something in store they are saying sorry we don't have such policy.what rubbish

Poor service

Been two years since I gave a single star. Conditions haven't improved. Worst service on this planet. Wish I could give stars in the negative. Poorly managed store. Poor staff. Extremely poor customer service.

Visited this place seven times for a no. Closure. Staff is rude and no one gives a proper explanation and valid reason for any service, including the store manager. Advice not to visit this store even by mistake for any kind of work. Pathetic service, approach and behaviour towards customers. I saw the same with other ppl, who came for recharge or anything. They even took 250 Rs for sim activation in cash and the same came in my bill and then they refused to pay me back or adjust the amount. Request Airtel India to replace the complete staff and sack everyone for better work.

Batameez staff. Amit to be precise. They tell a customer waiting since 30 mins to not ask anything and keep waiting.

Very pathetic behaviour by staff. They don't give proper solution of any problem. I went for a new sim card of old number but i had a very bad experience. They said that service will start within 24hrs but after after 6day I'm still waiting for that, even i visited 2 times to the store but still no solution.

Went for a sim problem. They did not bother to check themselves. Simply said the card needs to be changed. They said it will be activated in 4 hours. It's now 6 hours. Sim has not been activated. They took my alternate number. But I don't know how to contact them. I found their attitude quite callous

I bought SIM card in one of the market areas in New Delhi, paid 600 rupees. The SIM card didn’t work ‍️ went to this store yesterday with the problem, they helped me with everything, gave me a new SIM card, set it up for me, and made sure I left the store with fully working sim! I was so happy thank you for your help Yogesh!

Staff behaviour is very bad.they are not attending to customers properly. Company is facing loss of lacks every month because of staff

Very Bad service. The no is not connected and My porting request is cancelled without verification.

Very bad service of Airtel I being to Dehradun for business work and suddenly Airtel sim fails and shows no network connection and I call 121 thy said sim has some defect change to our store and you get new sim and all.when I went to store thy said we issue new sim but as it’s DELHI number it takes 48 hrs to start it again and thy fool me when after 24 hrs I call 121 thy said your request rejected and I got angry the sim is in the ph and nothing happen suddenly shut down or what and store ppl says company polices say this and that and I face big issues with my business and lose my business and when after 2 days I back to delhi I sure change my sim to Jio or other network Airtel is getting worst and worst day by day.prob in company sim and we face big issues and problem there. Airtel sure is going down
