I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this service provider. I am giving one star because, in my opinion, they offer nothing beyond basic services like recharging and providing new SIM cards. If you have a serious concern, you can't expect any help from them. Dealing with their customer service for a genuine issue is frustrating. Despite providing all the necessary information, I was left in the dark for a week. To make matters worse, I found out today from counter staff that the employee I was dealing with had moved to a different location and there is no handover of same to other. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service provider; I recommend finding an alternative vendor instead.
Staff doesn't know how to behave …one of your member a girl who was doing entries when we entered there … that girl was making faces and misbehaved with us …. Try to tell ur staff that how to behave.
Very bad customer service. My grandmother's sim stopped working and she can't walk but instead of helping me out, they just told me to bring your grandmother by any means to re issue sim card. They are not accepting any identity card or anything. Very poor service by Airtel office.
Really poor customer experience even for a postpaid member, more than 5 people staff is sitting but only 1 is attending customers. Waiting time is just jumping because of leisure and gossip time of staff. No commitment to the customer.
