I visited your laxmi Nagar Branch (Infront of laxmi nagar Metro gate no - 02), But the behaviour of the Employee was so pathetic. Just like they are passing the time inside the AC room,
There was a lady over there who continuously chatted through whatsapp On her phone, While i was sitting in front of her. When I ask a question she takes 4-5 minutes on every question and then focuses on my question. It seems that AIRTEL has lots of business and they do n't need any more.
I don't know what to say. But it was really embarrassing for me to sit in front of her and watch her face and She continuously chatted on her phone.
Shame On Airtel Management. If AIRTEL Grass root level employees are like this then what about the seniors!

Dear Airtel Store Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. Recently, I visited your store to obtain a new number for my company, which is a proprietorship. Ms. Sawara attended to me, but unfortunately, she was unable to provide me with the information I needed regarding the required company documents.
When I asked Ms. Sawara about the documents needed for a proprietorship company, she did not seem to have any knowledge on the subject matter. I also asked her about the differences between a private limited company, partnership, and proprietorship, but she was not able to provide any relevant information.
Despite her lack of knowledge, I politely requested her to seek assistance from her manager. However, Ms. Sawara's attitude towards me was extremely rude, which was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect to receive proper assistance from your staff, especially when it comes to important matters like company documentation. Therefore, I urge you to take action and ensure that your staff are well-informed about the services you offer and are trained to provide professional customer service.
I hope that this issue will be resolved promptly, and that I can continue to rely on Airtel's services in the future.
