Don’t waste your time to go there for your problems because they don’t have manner how to behave with customers. There staff is untrained & unprofessional. There are 5 members in this team but only 2 will attend the customers and rest are busy talking to each other. Poor experience.

Unprofessional and callous attitude of staff. Manager and the entire team are rude and leats bothered about servicing customers. Avoid this store if you can.

So helpful. I go there for new broadband connection at 5 pm nearly. They provide me new connection in just 1 hours. That's really fast. Bharat is so helpful. Thanks airtel for hiring employees like bharat.

But they need to enabled for ownership transfer. They can't even raise request from their office.

The employees of this Airtel store do not do their work, they will first see their work, then the customers, the way of talking is also not right.

My Airtel sim stopped working suddenly on 23rd Aug. We went to the Airtel store of sector 11 Dwarka Delhi and were given a new sim by the staff there. We were told the sim will be active in 2 hours. Sim didn't work even after 24 hours and on calling customer care, we were told sim will get activated within a maximum of 72 hours. Now 72 hours have passed and still sim is not working. On calling customer care, I came to know that no such request has been raised against my number. It is very disappointing to see the professionalism displayed by the store. After waiting for 3 days without my number working, I get to know that no complaint has been raised and I need to go to the store again to address this issue. Airtel has let me down big time. Very disappointed and utter waste of my time!

Visited the store last Sunday i.e on 7th July 2019 for duplicate SIM. Mr Ashwini provided me new SIM and took ₹25 /- as charges. Till today i.e 13th July the sim is not activated. Again visited the store and found that my sim request is rejected. There is no information provided to me neither by Airtel store nor by customer care at my my alternate no. A bit of harassment and time wasting.

Visited the store for getting a duplicate SIM and was told that it would get activated within 2 hours, but hasn't happened even after 2 days.

Worst service by not just by airtel but also by the people working there few people are so bad to talk they just don’t know how to deal with customers. Why the hell these people are being hired.

Location makes the store crowed. Minimum waiting time 30mints.
Basic amenities like payment deposit machine, drinking water, check deposit bok, instant recharge option available here.

I would not even want to give this one star to this place but I just can't post this without giving a star. As far as my experience goes, the staff is absolutely useless. I had a big argument with another customer as he was going to break the queue while it was my turn after taking a token number. And before this, another customer had done the same (but I didn't say anything), so I was already a bit annoyed. Throughout the argument, the store staff absolutely did nothing. They didn't even tell the person that it was my turn and that he should get a token and wait for his turn. Throughout the argument I kept telling the staff members to do something but finally the public interfered and asked the customer to take a token number and go back. I think this heated argument was totally avoidable had the staff done something about it at the beginning. Totally useless staff.

Nobody is willing to listen to you. Token system is also not Good. One person is free roaming around but cant cater the customer
