My mother's SIM card was disabled. We were facing issue. Staff of this store resolved the issue in less than 2 days. They are fast and experienced. Especially the store head sardaar ji. He know what he is doing. 5 stars for him.
These people make the customer mad, they take the money and there are 0 in the name of service, these people do not give service to their customers after taking the money.

Management was fast. There was a lady just beside the entrance, who heard my query real quick and passed me on to one of the desk also explaining the desk person who then got a resolution quickly. I like the new Airtel store in Dilshad Garden, things weren't the same before where we had to wait for hours also duties weren't designated properly but now issues are tunnelled right. But a feedback I can share is they should rely more on solving the issue and not on providing a resolution. People out there are nice and hardworking people with the right attitude towards work and can be perfect with just a missing. 5/20. A heads up for anyone visiting the store, for general issues anyone can go up and get their issues resolved but for SIM related issues, be it for your parent sibling relative or friend the concerned person has to appear at store with their Government ID. Things will be much more simpler.kudos to Airtel store team forward maintaining such an amazing environment! ️
Worst store of Airtel I visited the store on last Saturday. The executive which attended me (Deepak Yadhav) didn't have any knowledge also he was very rude and disappointed me with his services. Also in front of me he was not able to satisfy even single customer.
The place is good but airtel stores are very less in my area so i need to go to this place to activate my non working Sim but still my issue isn't resolve
