Airtel Store Model Town

I rated this store one star five years ago.
My Airtel Sim Card stopped working all of sudden.
Then I visited the store then they charged me Rs 50/- for SIM replacement, the troubleshoot occured from Airtel side that sim stopped working even my SIM condition is new.
Employees are polite no problem with them. 5 Stars for them.

Agent name shwetha didn’t help us at all after knowing that we are kashmiri, i just wanted to take a duplicate sim card and she was asking me to submit hard copy document only to get some scan done.

All the sraff at this store come only to get salary. Especially 'sardar ji' and the 'aged lady employee'. Neither they are interested to resolve the problems of their valuable customers nor they r willing for the growth of the company. I had to go their for 4 days regularly in bone freezing cold wave only for a minor problem.

Gave 1 star but they don’t deserve even that, had to rate because google comments dont work without rating.
Pathetic service. They harass people to get their work done. Have no cooperation and only believe in troubling people.
Airtel does not have a customer service center where you can complaint about their lazy staff.

The girl named Maya is really good in helping the customer. I have experienced it myself. She is polite and helpful.

Very poor service and very rude staff they dont have manner how to talk to customer even I asked to port my no in other network they said go and do it.it doesn't matter to us

Pretty good. They understood and resolved my issues very quickly. Prompt and professional. Would recommend.

Why loot customer with First Recharge Coupon (FRC) of ₹265 / ₹299 when FRC ₹179 is an option.

Misguiding is the preferred Business approach.
