Flop doctor, i dont know how a DM can do this, i just went for 20 days abdominal pain l, acid, gas and constipation, he did not prescribe any PPI (anti acid), no medicine to relieve from discomfort and pain, no antibiotic, only suggested lexatives (which are symptom based and secondary), also staff is not humble, they just sit with leg on leg in the waiting area, and touch their boot with people around, he also suggested FIBRO SCAN, and in that room there were blood drops on the table of the patient. Hopeless 5 stars are misleading,
Good but super busy doctor, gives only 1 minute to u, due to highly crowded, very unhygienic dirty clinic, too crowded and cramped, dirty bed for patients, ultra rude staff and fees is taken advance with no receipt. Super expensive Ultrasound Tests are done from Dhanwantari just opposite here, rs. 1500 for a rs. 800 test. But still cheaper than other Gastros in Dwarka.
Very unprofessional staff and highly expensive, the receptionist demand 400 rupees for one paper during the report evaluation after 2 days of paid consultation.
I would refer the clinic to everyone who is looking for a good gastro in Delhi. The staff and the doctors are very friendly. The best part I would like to highlight is that he could speak my regional language so I could express the issue 100% correctly. I felt many of us feel comfortable speaking in our regional language (for me: Malayalam) when consulting a doctor. I would also like to highlight the behavior of staff from the admin to the nurses, they are very approachable. My concern were all rectified thanks to Dr Ankur Jain. All the best AJ team.
Not a good experience. My wife got treatment here and in 3 months the condition become pathetic. She was not able to have anything despite having regular medicines and all the precautions while having food. I feel endoscopy is being done for every patient unnecessarily. I changed the Doctor and now she recovered.
Dr. Ankur sir is well qualified doctor he is really a good Dr. He is very friendly and polite. One of the best Dr. Properly listen all patients problems and provide the accordingly. Highly recommend visit to Dr. Ankur sir good treatment. Thank you sir

The Doctor did not allow me to apprise him of my issues. After about half a minute of interaction he advised me to go for a test at his Clinic. His staff almost pounced on me and asked me to pay the charges for the said test. I was not prepared for this because I had some other appointment so I told them that I would come for this test day after tomorrow because their Clinic remains closed on Sundays. (I visited the Doctor on Saturday). And then I asked for the receipt of consultation fee. To this the Receptionist told me to collect it on Monday when I come for the test. But I again asked for it. Very reluctantly the Receptionist gave it to me. It appered that my decision to potpone the test did not go down well with the Staff of the Clinic. Overall, my experience has been awful. Moreover, the Clinic is cramped and does not have space and proper sitting arrangements.
