Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. India's Best Glass Packaging Solutions Provider

I contacted representatives of Ajanta Bottles at Delhi and had a call with Mr Prarit Anad and requested him for the Bill for the purchase I made on December 2023, as I have lost mine. He helped me with the same and provided a soft copy to me.

I also told him that the Plastic Seal Packet which I bought earlier is not fitting in the 63mm Lug Neck Bottle bought from Ajanta Bottles Delhi Naraina, he told me to bring it to the Delhi Office so that he can check it and get it exchanged/replaced.

Thanks to their prompt reply and help. Made my experience hassle free. I hope the Seal Packet of (1000) seals will get replaced once I visit them in Naraina.

Very satisfied - quick n safe delivery. Good quality as per the sample. Some of the sales people can be monitored on their rudeness or aloofness. However, Ms Kamini did a good job. The delivery charge is a bit too much. Payed DOUBLE! On top of the sales price, GST etc.

Extremely unprofessional! And, don't have any customer service mindset.

They'll keep lying to you on dispatches, and quality. They'll promise something, and delivery of the material will be different from what was promised.

For transporting shrink sleeve company charging shipping charges nearly 2k.total weight will ne not more than 2kg. If they charging for glass bottles we can accept.

Very poor customer service by the company. We ordered about 2500 bottles and received wrong sized caps. All the bottles are useless for us. They are unresponsive to complaints and have made our lives difficult by wasting our precious time. Still haven't dispatched the correct caps after almost 5 days.

Ensure that the lids fit. I ordered a big consignment of jars and the lids are terribly loose. Even after 50% rejection I suffered 30% losses when I moved from packing jams in them to packing pickles. They refused to entertain my complaint citing delay. I had not used the jars for pickles earlier. Lids are not perishables to malfunction later! Only suitable for jam. They refused to stand by their product and asked me to order new lids.
