AJMAL PERFUME

I bought a perfume Ajmal - Silent Storm from their CP Store for about 2300/- (with no discounts) which is available on their website and other shopping websites for 1430/- they being the seller themselves on such websites. Price in their showroom, other websites and their own website should be same. Doing this they are bringing down their name and brand value.

A very good collection of attar and perfumes… generally it start from ₹500 and goes all the way upto ₹15000 (approx). They also have a collection for ladies clothing etc. Also check the prices of some perfumes and attar online as sometimes they are available at lower cost. Parking is very easy to find. Also very near to rajiv chowk metro station gate no. 6.

Total scam in the name of Perfume.
They sold me a perfume for 2200, which on their own website is available for 1200!

Another one they sold for 1800, is available on their own website for less than 800!

Do not buy from the store. Just sample perfumes and buy online.

The staff was helpful. However, I’m not satisfied with the product. I know oud. I have used oud for years now. However when I tried a couple of their oud fragrances, the fragrance had gone off by the time I went from CP to India Gate. If you’re familiar with Delhi, that’s maybe only a 10-15 min drive.

The salesman displayed no interest in showing the products. Rude. Indifferent. Condescending. Product might be good, customer service is pathetic. The salesman is the reason Ajmal lost our business forever (at least from that particular shop).

Not particularly interested in ordinary looking people, not realising their taste or standards. Probably catering to pretty dressed & rather ignorant or ilinformed buyers. Salesmen look in the sky while talking. Go only if you know what u want to buy. Average experience.

Ajmal store is great, varieties of perfume, deos & Colognes. Staffs are good, but a little more politeness demands in their nature. Rest all amazing!

I have visited many Ajmal store in India and other countries. I have face worst experience with the customer service in Ajmal Delhi. I have planned to buy some perfume from Ajmal Rajiv chock Delhi. When I enter in store first I show housekeeping aunty was cleaning floor, so I respect and walk by side. Staff told me to come from another side, I follow him. Same time housekeeping aunty start using abusing words in her mouth. I really feel disrespected and no value for customer service and general atticates. I can’t stop me to hold there for a minute and went from shop.
Ajmal (Rajiv chock) must take a note and improve customer service.
I am Ajmal customer from long time. I am not expecting such service from valuable brand.

Pathetic experience.bought a rose fragrance itar from then and they charged Rs. 1600 for it. It's fragrance doesn't even stay for 3 hours. There are much better and cheaper options available in Chandni chawk and nizamuddin and the Chandni chawk ones are very long lasting.please don't buy any perfumes from this store they are selling fake products at very high prices.

Staff only approach you if you are wearing nice n expensive clothes. Otherwise they are not Interested in customer. Yeah no doubt perfumes and attar are very good. But i hate the behavior of staff members

Really nice staff and more than 3 staff served us and even offered traditional karak tea. We are a visitors from UAE and we liked the place and gave us even discount. Not sure why the negative feedback seen here for the staff. Thx for them and really recommend this place
