In 2019, i visited to Delhi Clinic and i was paid 15000 but due to my family transferred to other location I was not able to continue the take the treatment. Infact i was not took a single sitting. I m requesting to these guys last one year to Mr. Girish, Ms. Parwinder, Ruby & Deepmala last 2 years to return my money back, but these guys are misguided me and not taking my calls. Already wrote many mails but they are not responding to me. They don't have any permanent staff and doctors. Every month you can see new faces in their Clinic. Third class service. They make u fool, pls don't believe on these people. Pls return my money back.

Well I started the full face hair removal lazer last year june 2021 after 6 sittings I got the really nice results now a days my maintenance sittings are going on. I also started the taking higene lazer I loved the results of one higene sitting. Must prefer the same however I really like the team at the Greater Kailash nd my technicians Geeta she took the last sitting for mee I am literally very happy with her behaviour and the way she conducted my sessions much much much appreciated Thanks you AK Clinic

I went for PPR treatment and Mesotherapy in this clinic. I got good results. Staff and services offered are good. Doctors and technicians are well trained and efficiently doing their work.
Staffs are very friendly and very proactive. Dr. Bhavna is really friendly and supportive. It has been just a week after transplant so can't say anything about the final result, but seems it was done perfectly.
Best part about overall process was, team has good experience and they take enough time to do surgery.
Last but not least, through out the surgery they put my favourite song so I feel good.

After consulting Dr Priyanka Sharma, I decided to undergo hair transplant surgery using the FUE method. Dr Priyanka is not only an expert in her field but most importantly her understanding of the aspiration and concern of the client is commendable. She is patient with our fears and doubts and made sure we were satisfied before we consent for the procedure. Overall our experience has been wonderful and we thank Dr Priyanka and entire staff for their kind heart and friendly disposition. Skill and hospitality are good, no complaint! You can be treated without any concern because of Dr Dua and Dr Uprety. Dr Dua does not implement transplant himself, he supervises (he conducted all the other processes). Nonetheless, I had been enough explained in advance that it is common and permitted in regulation. On down side, the staff wrongly calculated the fee, nevertheless, after I pointed out it, they sincerely funded back to me.

I went thru Hair Transplant back in December 2018 n lost 80% Transplanted hairs in just 7-8 months, I've been complaining about the same but after the treatment noone is willing to pay attention to it, I've been calling Sumit (Center Coordinator) n he has also responding now.

Dr. Vandana did a great job constructing an attractive new hairline, and made decisions in line with my goals. Excited to see the results. Staff was courteous and helpful, facility was clean. On the constructive criticism front, would say that some staff was acting a bit shady in pressing to leave a review before leaving the clinic post follow-up. Just do your best and trust your customers’ goodwill. Good, authentic reviews will follow. Also, ideal for staff and doctor to be aligned on pre/post op guidance, ie timelines, precautions since differing messages tend to be confusing for the patient.
It's an awesome place if you are suffering from hair fall. They guide you through it properly, suggesting the right way out of it at each stage of hair fall whether one has just started to recognize the fall or one had became almost bald due to hair fall. Moreover they provide additional services for skin care as well like facial treatments.

The hospitality and the treatment is good. Also I was able to see the results just in the first PRP and would continue for the whole course i.e of 3 PRPs. To put it in a nutshell the overall experience is good. My hair density and thickness has been improved a lot.
Overall, the experience was very straightforward and I believe I will be happy with the result although it is at this time too soon to definitively tell for sure.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entirety of the process. Tea and coffee along with various other refreshments was served to make guests feel comfortable while they wait for various parts of the procedure.
It would be wonderful if more of the staff spoke fluent English as most of the customers are from English speaking countries and language barriers have arisen on several occasions as a result of this gap.
Overall, the experience was terrific and I am hopeful and happy that the results will match my expectations.
Worst doctor ever seen. Seems whole world is at her mercy and she is God. Clinic might be good as i cud read some good reviews but dont go to Dr Shradha ever. Somebody teach her manners. SNOOTIEST DOCTOR EVER SEEN So team followed me up for 3 months and were most sweet team ever contacted. Then i went for actual treatment first arrogance thrown by technician, then came Dr. Shradha, who was angry because i asked her the result of treatment. Since it was about technician handling the treatment, she told that she has allowed technicians to increase the energy without even checking back with doctor. And team just leaves patients in hand of technicians trusting that technicians can do the further treatment. Hatsoff to the team. And then rather than comforting the patient they say take ur refund and go. Moreover, now when u want refund, they first want you to write the application and then plead further to their respective offices for the amount. Greatest clinic ever seen.

Tdlr: just use minoxidil; it's the only FDA approved solution, forget the PRP therapy even if your doctor sings praises about it (since it's so profitable for them)
You are gonna do much better than visiting quacks like Dr Batra by consulting any dermatologist and this one is among the good ones.
The lady doctor I consulted here explained the cause of my hair thinning and fall thoroughly and rightfully pointed out that the usually prescribed medicine Finasteride has minor side effects and you should aware before taking it.
The only quibble, but a major one I have is that the doctor here convinced me to go for PRP therapy which I presume must be immensely profitable for posh clinics like such and it was ineffectual in my case. I wasn't using Minoxidil during that period and there was virtually no change in the rate of my hair fall even after 3 sittings of PRP and I was told to expect improvement in the range of ~40%. So that felt like a waste of money.
Now a year later, my hair fall has significantly dropped and there has been hair growth in some bald patches and the only plausible reason could be Minoxidil that I have been applying daily night for past 6 months.
The experience with AK clinics was very good, the doctors here are very well trained and do a marvelous job, the staff including the counselors, technicians and so on are very polite and helpful, and i got such a good result thanks to ak clinics
It has been really an enriching experience here. I came here for my acne scar treatment and must admit that it reduced a lot after taking the treatment. The doctor and staff are very kind and helpful.:)
