Feel like don't even want to give a single star.so unprofessional I called to agency some guy pick up the call with so rude voice and saying to upload the CV that's it. Don't even listening me. Who so ever given 4-5 star undoubtedly may be there staff. Pathetic

Hello My Name is binoj varghese, there is a saying that first impression is the best impression, today morning i called this particular agencies, the one who attend the phone he was behaving so rude and this is the way to behave when a customer is asking for the requirements and this is so pathetic and idiotic behavior.so please we dont appreciate this kind of inappropriate behavior of people. Please make sure your concerned staff is not suitable for your company.

Most of these reviews are fake as is evident by the fact that they do not exceed 10 words and are mostly incomplete sentences. I worked with Ms. Bindhu at Al-Hind Delhi and I found the service to be extremely poor. She had a very rude manner and restricted herself to telling you "the requirements" rather than help you out with information. When I asked her how I can get an attestation from the U. S. A (because my degree is from there) she said "you can go there and get it. " Whereas later I was told by the university directly that they have an agency in the U. S. A I can work with but Ms. Bindhu did not have this information. I think they work with very poor people and they assume that mistreatment is ok because the poor people probably do not resist. I finally shifted my work from Al-Hind to the U. S. A based agency but she she still sent persistent spam email asking me for money which I finally paid to simply get rid of her.

Many yrs ago, I got this offer from a Gulf based institution. I spoke to Siddiqui of Al-Hind on the phone, and he asked me to attend the interview in Delhi. When I got there, they directed me to some place to get diagnostic tests, and then I attended an interview to test some job-related skills. Having cleared those, at the end of my 2nd day in Delhi, Siddiqui tells me I have to pay a processing fee (about 1 month's salary). He seemed surprised that his subordinate didn't inform me about it. I guess, this issue is his responsibility, not his subordinate's, so why does he act naive? He's clearly the boss there. He claimed this fee was charged for "Arabic translation. " He means the visa forms etc are in Arabic. He could have told me this on the initial phone call - would have saved me the trouble of traveling there. He insists this fee should be paid in cash and he won't give a receipt (cause he doesn't wanna pay tax). He sits inside a glass enclosed cabin which is sound proof. So when I'd ask him questions like, "Can I pay by cheque.will I get a receipt, " instead of replying verbally, he shakes his hands in the air in an exaggerated manner. Like, he's letting those outside know that he disagrees with whatever my request is. Whose fault is it anyway? I told him I'd get back to him and left. I decided not to take this offer. I emailed him my decision and asked him to courier back my certificates - he didn't respond. Since I didn't take this offer - I can't comment on how good this placement agency is, but this is my experience. Dunno how good the "Arabic translation" is since I wasn't processed. When I was there, saw him handing documents (airline ticket/visa?) to a nurse, so I think they're unlikely to cheat. Just didn't like his arrogance/cunningness. Wasn't impressed by his "tribalism" either.

Ma Shaa Allah. I spent approximately 7 months there as Administrative assistant. Alhamdulilah Al-Hind is best service and providing good support for people who are interested for Overseas. As i was employee there my experience with staff and Boss remains a remembrance for my whole life. I can't forget there support and cooperation. Alhamdulilah Musharaf Siddique Sb. Is very nyc man with great vision. He helped me in my tough days and treat me like member of family. At last Al-Hind Foreign Service Agency is like a family from interior side from staff view.
