I visit on 24-11-2023 and purchase 2 pair of shoes against receipt No. 000000H121000001425 and the store staff told me for pay Rs, 17,500/- for my purchase and when we asked for bill then he told that ebill came your phone by sms. After we pay when we see the SMS which was came after 15-20 min we surprised that the bill Amount is Rs. 17480/- and thereafter we again visit and found that he was charging more against the bill in multiply of RS. 500 from everyone.

After that the my one pair of shoes are found damage and we again visit the store on 04-12-2023 for change the same but the said we repair it and gave you after 10 days.

Such bad experience at Aldo Select City Walk! My mum purchased a shoes 2 months ago and wore it just once. The quality of the shies was bad and the material started coming off! When she went back to the store to complaint, the staff member’s spoke super rudely to her and started shouting at her. Is this how you and your staff member’s behave when it’s your shoes which is of bad quality?

Extremely disappointed with the service!

Spending your hard earned money of 5-10k on 1 product and still not getting the worth
I purchased bags and shoes for which aldo is famous also rings and accessories BUT none pasted more than a year! Highly disappointed in brand.on top of that no proper repair and awful customer service

I love this cute premium collection bag. Whenever i shop from Aldo it always surprise me with new beautiful collection

There are times you feel so cheated that you dont even want to go to a place again still you have to keep following up with them for service

I visited the saket store and bought a pair of black shoe worth 16000.by no means an inexpensive shoe. While purchasing i was told that the shoe speciality is that it is wrinkle free

I wore it twice and it got wrinkled so badly that i took it back to the store. This was within 10 days of making purchase. Mr prabhakar there first told me that we never claimed the shoe will be wrinkle free but since it got wrinkled from all over even the top he took the shoes and said he will send to headoffice for approval of refund

Now starts the real pain. I called Mr Prabhakar after 9 days and he told me he is now transferred to another store and that he will confirm with store and call me back. The call never came. I called him again the next day and he said all this takes time that i should call again in a day. He has since not been taking my call. I managed to reach out to the store where someone took details of my shoes but hasnt called back to update.

If this is how brands treat customers who buy shoes which are expensive as 16k then these brands dont deserve to call themselves luxury brands. An representatives like Mr Prabhakar definitely dont deserve to be in the retail space

I am still waiting for an update after 13-14 days.

Unbelievable. They sold me a pair of shoes with both pieces in different size. One price size 8 and the other size 9. And I had to fly out of Delhi the next day. Only realised when I reached abroad and am stuck with a useless pair of shoes.

11 month old shoes Rs 12000 broken and I went to Saket showroom and they refused to repair or change.if you really want to spend on good Derby or Oxford formal shoes than GEOX shoes are awesome with patent leather and real comfort. Trust me. These Aldo* fancy looks gud to hear in Punjabi songs. Worst service and quality Aldo.

Collection not great. Staff not helpful, especially the store manager. The lady is not courteous. Rude with customers.
