Using Ionizer for the last 2 months. Product is awesome. Hydrogen water quality is too good. Having positive results in family health.

I m from Gulbarga karnataka,
It's a worst product we have ever seen.it's a waste of money and water, we installed by connecting water tank of 1000 liter capacity, it's wasting whole tank in a night and not even giving a liter of filtered water up to morning, , totally disappointed it's continuing with water intake and a loud sound is coming from it.
Please let me know is there any return or exchange or warranty for this product, what should I do now?
