I joined alka classes seach on goggle first week I have taken online classes now I am going on center my son also going with him teaching way is super I feel so relaxed thanks to alka maam I am blessed to have you as my yoga teacher. The best thing is they are providing both facilities online and off line classes if you are not in delhi then also she will send you ID you can do there also love you maam lots of blessing

Hi I joined Alka yoga classes from Nov 2022. I take morning session from 7am to 8am. Alka has tremendous energy and i really love the way she makes all of us do the Asnas, meditation and exercises. Virtually also she keeps check on each one of us if we wre doing right workout or not. Thanks Alka for keeping me fit and energetic for whole day to cope up with the hectic work schedule.
