My wife is having slip disk issue for the last 3 years. We tried almost everything. We consulted orthopedic doctors, neurologists, physiotherapy (It helped a little bit but after sometime condition was same) and the doctors gave a lot of pain killers which gave her a new set of issues, after taking pain killers for few months she started have abdomen issues, acidity so we had to consult gaestroentrologist he said taking lot of medicines could have caused this.
So finally we heard by some relative that cup therapy can give some relief and her fitness coach from healthifyme also suggested to try cup therapy and needle therapy etc as she herself had slip disc issue few years back and these therapies helped her recover. We also consulted spine specialist and asked her if we should go for the cup therapy, he also said we can do it as it will loosen the muscle and will give relief in the pain. As she was in so much pain and couldn't take the pain killers because of the gaestric issues. She used to cry because of the pain so I finally decided to give it a try.

Although I lived in noida extension and this clinic was in delhi but I still went there because none of the cup therapy clinics near me was having lady therapist (Doctor Irfan give the therapy to male patients and his wife to female patients)

So finally we met doctor Irfan and it was very good experience he has very deep knowledge about this and he explained us the issue properly as well as how cup therapy works and is able to fix pains which other therapies like physiotherapy etc not very properly.

We got total of 5 sessions for her.
After the 1st session her muscle got bit loosen up and gave a bit of relief in the strain but after 2nd and 3rd session we saw the magic there was so much relief in the pain and strain that we couldn't believe. I won't say it is 100% fixed but she says atleast 80% relief and recovering as it heals slowly.

Seeing her recover that much I also gave it a try as I had shoulder injury while working out in the gym and servical pain because of the table work (IT work) and as per my expectation both the pains are gone in just two sessions.

Worst clinic you can choose for hijama all the way went from noida to this clinic and doctor was not available even I booked an appointment in advance and it doesn’t happen once but twice. First time I
