Today at new rajkumari OPD at ground floor appointment department counter no 12, I m standing in a line and a volunteer came talk to me verry badly and then when I complained about him noone ever make any attention towards it

Undoubtedly it's one of the best hospital india has. AIIMS itself is the nearest metro station and is situated beside the hospital

One of the best medical facilities are provided here. Have the best Doctors. It is difficult to get treatment here, as already there is too much crowd, you may have to stand in waiting lines. But it's really worth it, you get the unbiased advise by the doctors as they are there to serve you, & are not running behind your money. Sometimes it may feel bit rude but trust me they give you advice which is best for you. You can get online appointments. There are dispensary inside the campus only, where you can get medicines at lower prices. All the testing facilties is available although they give long dates.

AIIMS IS THE PREMIER INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE IT FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS OF MCI INDIA AND WHO. ITS MY FAVOURITE INSTITUTE WHERE I SPENT A LOT OF TIME AS A STUDENT.

Nice treatment in trauma emergency bt at counter no. 1 staff behavior very rude.there 1 private security guard and 1 very rude behavior Doctor.they don't know how to talk with ladies patient. Honorable Health Minister ji pls take some strict action against Dr. And guard.

It's always rush here in AIIMS you have to wait in lines for each work whether it's blood test or any appointment with doctor.
My advice take appointment before coming here through online portal.

Very bad hospital. A baby was called for the operation but even after 5 months it is being said, can't say how long it will take.

फर्स्ट दिन कोई और डॉक्टर देखा और जांच लिख दिया और जब जांच करा ली तो रिपोर्ट कोई और डॉक्टर देखा और वह बोलता है की इतने सारे जांच की जरूरत तो नहीं थी।
जबकि मेरे कार्ड पर किसी और डॉक्टर का नाम लिखा हुआ था मगर वह दो बार दिखाने गए मगर एक बार भी नहीं देखा
क्या लोग सिर्फ असिस्टेंट से दिखाने के लिए AIIMS जाते है।
बाकी साफ सफाई बहुत अच्छा था।

Crowded with patients and relatives less manged place the management must be done properly. All facilities in hospital are of world class and system is unable to provide it to general public.

I actually don't love it but it's a necessary evil. All the hospitals are necessary evils. No one would ever love hospitals, no matter what. But we all need them for ourselves, our health. That's all

I had an operation, the Doctors behaviour are really good, staff are good, neat and clean always, everyday more then ten thousand new and old patients are visit, the beautiful buildings, take care of nature.

Horrible experience with aiims (cancer department). My mother got done all the treatment (17sittings chemotherapy along with trastuzumab injection, after 8 sitting chemotherapy they did surgery, after that they again started chemo, after that Dr told we have to do radiation therapy, we are agreed with that.he said you have to get 15 sittings of radiation therapy. They took 3 months to get this done, which was 3 weeks.after two months cancer come again.i asked how can it come again the
he said it happend in some case, doctors are very careless, at the end they said we can't do anything you can get chemotherapy till the time patient is alive.

Visited AIIMS delhi today and found India's most rated hospital itself not following precautions for Covid at all. Seems highly miss managed, since we know it's always over crowded and they know it themselves still no arrangements for social distancing, didn't find sanitizer available for public at all and many more things can be noticed. Not sure if someone can get appointment there or not but AIIMS will contribute to increase corona cases for sure. On the top of that you are always given company with highly arrogant security people. No place to stand, bi place to sit at all. Not sure if these are the services many of us have been paying Income tax for. I wish I could be a famous unbiased news reporter to cover the situation there.

Excellent center for patients caring. I did cornea workshop here. They are very much academic and professional. As a doctor you will learn so many things about your subject, whatever it is. I stongly recommend this institute for training for doctors and treatment for the patients.

It can be best described as goon as compared to hospital, they have no idea of talking with people. I guess doctors here in AIIMS has forgotten what there primary job is. Just sharing our recent experience with DR. SANDEEP MISHRA (CARDIOLOGIST) who didn't give even a single minute to check even the x-ray and blood reports of my mother when those test were asked by him only to get done. We told him that we had to go to MAX HOSPITAL as an emergency occured even than he didn't give a second thought for the patient's condition as he was in such a hurry to go somewhere. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE TO LIVE REQUEST YOU NEVER VISIT AAIMS EVER.

One of the best hospital of India where from all over India come for treatment. Due to heavy rush it takes longer time for treatment and getting earlier appointment but treatment is nice. New person coming to this place can get appointment at PRC, a blue coloured building made in collaboration with Tata, or may get help with guys over there wearing yellow tshirts. Navigation panel is there which can guide you about different departments. Appointment can also be made online. Yusuf Sarai is close to this area where you can get rooms at affordable prices.

Hundreds of people are waiting for their turn.aiims should stop responding to "mere baap ke connections" basis priorities and it must only respond to "first come first basis". AIIMS provided specialty and super-specialty tertiary care services in more than 50 areas: anesthesiology, anatomy, anti-retroviral treatment for HIV & AIDS, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, biophysics, biostatistics,  biotechnology, cardiology for cardiac and heart-related treatments, community medicine, conservative dentistry and endodontics, dermatology and venereology, dietetics, endocrinology, metabolism and diabetes, forensic medicine and toxicology, geriatric medicine, gastroenterology and nutrition, gastrointestinal surgery, haematology, hospital administration, laboratory medicine, general medicine, microbiology, nephrology, nuclear medicine, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, nursing, obstetrics and gynaecology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, orthopaedics, otorhinolaryngology, paediatrics, pediatric dentistry, paediatric surgery, pathology, pharmacology, physiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics, psychiatry, pulmonary medicine and sleep disorders, radiodiagnosis, reproductive biology, surgical disciplines, transplant immunology and immunogenetics, transfusion medicine (blood bank), and urology.

AIIMS was originally established as a superspecialty tertiary care centre with primary emphasis on research and specialised training facilities. MBBS is the basic medical course at bachelor's degree level. This is followed by master's degree level specialisation in general surgery, general internal medicine, pediatrics and other fields. Superspecialties are those healthcare fields whose practitioners need specialised certification after completing their postgraduations, examples being cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, rheumatology, neurology, and pediatric neurology. There are at least 45 superspecialties at AIIMS at higher master's degree level. AIIMS also offers M. Sc.and PhD level research courses.

My personal experience was horrible here.
I went to Orthopedic Department for the treatment of my lower back pain in 2017. Waiting area was full of crowd so much so that you barely stand without getting a push. After waiting for 3 long hours, I went inside the room where 3 doctors were checking patients separately. I was waiting for my turn and then doctor SHOUTED ON THE CURRENT PATIENT VERY DISRESPECTFULLY. Then my turn came and again HE SHOUTED LIKE A GOON AND ILLITERATE PERSON WITH NO DECENCY. After that I stood up and said to him I AM DONE WITH YOU, " IT'S NICE TO BE IMPORTANT BUT IT'S MORE IMPORTANT TO BE NICE". He GOT SURPRISED AND WAS TOTALLY PERPLEXED.
Behavior of AIIMS doctor was inhuman and very rude. He was young may be less than 30 years of age but much has been left to be desired in his personality.

but Dont expect good remedies and nice behave
from every doctor.
Many Doctors are full in Attitude jaise ehasaan kar rahe ho.

Only junior doctor visits patient general ward rooms. No senior doctors are intersted in visiting general ward.and if i talk about Private rooms. The condition is very pathetic.not a single visit in a private room by any doctors. This is the real inside of the most reputed hospital of our country. No doubts about the capability of doctors but we cannot deny the above facts.

Such an worst experience.
Doctors here are like postponers.
Even don't know about situations of patients that where they are from and where stay and how to have a talk.
Just postpone everyone.
Very very rude staff.
