I took translation services from French to English, they first told me it will be processed within 4 working days, I had written many email ID, but they didn't reply until I wrote a strong email, they promised they will finish the job, but they even after couple of days they didn't respond and when I called them, they started telling like you need to come and collect document from their office. Which was not mentioned before. Anyway they finally agreed to share scanned copy of translation. I don't recommend translation from this office.

I recently had an overwhelmingly negative experience with the delhi center. The staff response was utterly disappointing and treating the enquiries with zero interest. The course counsellors should be educated to have a pleasant experience for the customers.

I regret to say that my sister’s experience with Komal Malhotra, the receptionist, was quite disappointing. Her behavior towards students, even those who have passed, was consistently rude and unhelpful. She seemed unable to effectively handle inquiries or allocate certificates appropriately. As a student seeking assistance, her attitude left much to be desired. I hope that the necessary steps will be taken to address these concerns and improve the overall experience for others. When my sister’s class teacher said she has passed the A1.1 level but she needs some classes to improve her few mistakes but they don’t send proper email or doesn’t call the student to confirm about remedial classes and then speak to students like they are nobody’s concern. This is the bad experience with this institution and especially Komal Malhotara who thinks she is the one who is running the institution and tell students to stay there for whole day which doesn’t bother her and in the end put all the blame on student. I would like to request the main management to look after this and give my sister certificate. This is not the way how you guys just want to take money and doesn’t help the people. Regretting on taking admission in this institution. Kindly take strict actions against komal also except komal make sure other management people are also there.

My review towards alliance francaise was good the staff cafetaria all the things are good I had a good experience but only issue is with a teacher she used to poke and not help anyone at all if we will text her with our problem she used block that person she did same with us and she was too much biased with her results

I don't know about this institution much.but definately the girl on call of this institution was very rude and a bad listener too. She wasnt even trying to understand whats the query is, seems like already occupied with her tentions and burdens inl l life. Very bad experience.

If you wanna learn French this is the place to be!

Studying at Alliance was like a mini-vacation each weekend for me.

It was an lovely experience to watch a play at Alliance Francaise. It was quite neat and clean and have a proper guide lines of visiting different areas. The cafe was very neat and clean and had a lot of variety. The hall seating was nice and the lighting was adequate. It is located next to India Habitat Centre and Khan Market. I would just walking distance from India Habitat Center and near to Lodhi Gardens.

I just noticed that some of the topmost reviews are from the teachers themselves.check the low rated comments to get the real picture before registering and dont be misled into believing that this institute deserves any of the stars it brandishes on Google, at least in my opinion it doesn't. This institute has made me question myself, my worth, and my confidence has plummeted to the depths.

The Institute’s class policies is truly only self-serving and far removed from facilitating students to learn. Expect transfer to random batches and insufficient notice for such transfers. Even in the scenarios where a student is severely ill, I’m told by the admin that no backup classes will be arranged whatsoever. As admin staff Ms. Komal and her colleagues will let student know and give “logical” explanations removed from reality, please be prepared to be on your own without institute’s support in such situations. All the student reviews below mine stands true regarding administration staff’s poor, unprofessional and dismissive attitude towards students. Poor choice for a learning institute!

So I was here for an event, and the venue, the campus is so beautiful and the cafeteria here has amazing food and coffee. Loved the way everything so maintained and organised.

The receptionist was not treating well, if someone ask something so they don't reply properly. And one of them was totally busy in her personal work and not doing her official work. When I ask about admission they just show me the pamphlet and not brief anything about that. It was too annoying for me.

Lovely place. Always to visit the place because of the beautifully designed spaces in each corner of the building.

Teachers teaching online barely put in any efforts. Poor front desk service. There's no refund of fees in case of cancellation of registration. Front desk stops answering calls and you literally have to beg them to send replies to your emails. It is a renowned institute that teaches French and the crowd is good. Other than this, there is no reason to opt for this institute.

I had one of the best learning experiences here & I simply loved the place & almost all the professors I had. This place gave me new vision to life when i was at my lowest. I couldn't continue after B2 level & I wish i could give this place more than 5 stars but i gave 2 as i want to bring into notice one professor I had Brijveen. She was highly educated but she demotivated me on certain levels. I was under a lot of stress & was highly underconfident in french because of constant demotivation & insults by her. I would request the authorities after so many years to please do not let this happen to any other student as this is a life changing experience for everyone. I don't want anyone to experience it in any other unpleasant way.

Today I am writing this after 4 years of leaving alliance francaise de Delhi as I was in Paris & I am grateful to you guys for giving me insight of this wonderful culture which I am experiencing it now. Thankyou so much. Wish I had continued further & learnt more but no student should face humiliation & demotivation like I did. Thankyou again for every opportunity & experience.

I have attended a basic course. I was not satisfied with efficiency and competency of instructor. I asked to change my instructor / batch / timing but institute turn a deff ear. Institute never support and attitude is totally inflexible for student issues.

It's an awesome institute where you can learn French friendly, and specially teachers are well trained and friendly, I just attend three classes offline and now I can rate alliance Française de Delhi,

I agree with what other students are saying. Lots of teachers cannot pronounce french words properly so how can they teach them? Classes are taught mainly in english and hindi and there is no way to give feedback about teachers. Online classes are also crammed so quiet students are ignored.

They make their own rules and never try to bend a little for their students no matter how hard you try. Even if you choose your own batch according to your preference and they have some issue with it they are willing to throw you into some random batch with new students and teachers. This happened with me twice.
Also some of their teachers are really bias towards the students, they choose a few and just focus on them.
Would not recommend it to others.

I will definitely give 0 ratings because no one listen problems of the student I have mailed them for 3 times I am having issue with my teacher her behaviour is not good but no one replies!

A very good place with peacefulness. A centre for classes of design. The place having calmness. Have libraries. It has gallery for various exhibitions. A nice place for art and literature lover. Have auditorium for various activities. Having well maintained security.

Front Desk staff are rude, especially Anubha Jain. I visited the Delhi centre recently and the way Anubha Jain treats students even before admission and the start of the course is horrible. If before the admission process this is the way they treat students, I don't know how this institution will treat them once they pay the high fee.

Teachers are not at all willing to support the students. They're in their own mad rush of finishing the course and do not help the students gain confidence. But they question the students when they give a right answer, making the students questions themselves.
Also, they charge a lot of money just because they're related to the French Embassy. The teachers are not supportive. The admin staff isn't supportive. There's no way to complain about teachers and no way about giving your feedback. The teachers are highly experienced yet unwilling to teach or understand what the students say.

Before Receiving your translated documents. Please check it carefully before leaving the place.

Situated near Cannaught place, enough of parking space, good interaction of staff. If you have choice of car and metro then prefer to go by car.

My daughter did the course and honestly the faculty is so bad, the administration is rude and not at all friendly. So much money was wasted

The administration is pathetic, even worse than DU administration, to be honest.
They never pick up the phone. Hardly reply to any mails.
Do not give complete information at all. They never told me about the orientation test. When I had completed A1, I kept asking for the next level dates on mail and calls. They only responded after exhaustive mails and calls from students in the batch. Their student portal never works, its useless. Then you call/mail them, they do not respond.

I was so serious and eager to learn. I have done A1 from here. The teaching is fine. Madame Sakshi is very very good.

But sorry to say, the administration has failed me. What can you really do if the administration does not care about students at all and you cannot get in.

That being said, the culture is good and canteen has good food. So you can go and eat. But my experience has been truly hurtful and pathetic.

They should understand that if we are paying so much for a course, we should be allowed to change our teacher.
Continuous change of Teachers is highly unprofessional.
My friend's teacher in the A1 level was superb.
But gradually as he moved on to next levels, the quality of teachers is not at all upto the mark.
Really disappointed.
Hoping for him to get a better teacher in next level.

Highly unprofessional institution i had been trying to contact them for like 4 days now, they have provided 5 numbers on the website but are least bothered to answer any calls, they actually answered one but asked me to call back in 2-3 minutes but when i did no one answered! It deserves zero rating!

It is the best place to learn french language. Its loaction is very awesome in between the greenry of lodhi gardens.
The faculty is also very great and understanding. The crowd of the institute is also top notch a very good experience to gain a new laingual skill.
The cafeteria is newly renovated and has quite good food options and peaceful enviornment for studying.classes are euipped with state of the art technology.

Learn more than French language. Learn French culture, education system as well as lifestyle. There are occasional movie shows in weekend. Library is well stocked with books to improve language skills. More than anything, cafeteria is awesome.

It is the best institute authorised by France govt in Delhi. You'll definitely get a great command on french language with lots of fun and personality development.

Saw a drama "Ashadh ka ek din" by Aavran Art society. It was good. Location, theatre is also good.

Never miss an opportunity to visit alliance! Very happening and chic most year around and specially in winters! A walk in Lodhi gardens is a plus.

This place is located near Lodhi garden. I visited the cafeteria and I really love the aroma and asked my friends to tag along.

To begin with, i ordered white sauce pasta which was okay. Then had chilly chicken and I really don't like the taste after the second bite.

We were really hungry so ordered chicken fried rice and you can feel that it was half cooked.

We ordered aloo parantha which was nice and after ordering the second one. To be really honest it was our biggest mistake because stuffing was minimum.

Absolutely waste of money.some of the teachers don't even teach or make an effort.and if u have problem with the teacher, there is no complain box or feedback system to state your issue. Permanent teachers don't want to teach, i am currently facing this issue with Mrs. Sharda Mishra.

Been to the cafeteria at Alliance Francaise of hearing a lot many good reviews in the past.but trust me didn't have a good experience as close to the previous received responses.

Chilly chicken- undercooked chicken, initial bite was good later the chicken pieces doesn't give the same taste. The chicken wasn't either fresh or cooked properly.
2. Chicken fried rice.almost similar experience along with the half cooked rice.where at one moment we felt that these cud also be the plastic rice or the fake rice
3. Arabiatta chicken pasta. It was fine yet same bad chicken experience and as a ritual no garlic bread was served which came as a disappointment

Alloo pyaz parantha- initial 1st plate was good yet we found too much thick layer of uncooked flour and asked for a better filling and less flour with next serving of the 2nd plate.but it was a disaster to have tht.since there was no.hold filling within and all.was a thick uncooked layer of the flour.a tasteless experience. Won't be coming again and recommend anyone.

THE FOOD IS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS ON A DISCOUNTED PRICE.which makes it more popular and pocket friendly.adjacent to UNICEF building and easily identify in general traffic.

An absolute disgrace in the name of a library - This library is supposedly one of the best in the countries, but doesn't allow people to use wifi here.
Are they operating in the 1900s?
How is one supposed to do their research here if they're only allowed books? They have a total of 5 computers for a lot of people.
Ridiculous and hostile staff with a system which dates back to the middle ages. Please try and update yourself to the norms of the rest of the world.

Poor and rude customer service over telephone. Insufficient staff at the reception. Mismanaged admission processes. Highly disappointed.

Just money making if you are keen to learn french then you can learn it from YouTube but don't waste your time and money here. Its just a brand name and nothing else. The receptionist doesn't know the timing and name of the batches and sends someone to any of the batches and then you need to yourself find which is your actual batch.

Don't come to afd if you are belonging to lower income group. Classes are only for money making business. Very disappointed with the afd administration and staff

Modern building design. Helpful and courteous staff. Well maintained Library with upto date collection. A clean, tidy and reasonable mess. Overall a complete place for one to learn French.

I'm highly disappointed in the demeaning and hostile behavior of the the administration staff, they were downright rude and unhelpful
Intact they were unwilling to take admission even when I was clearly within the mandated time limit
They were deliberately holding information and trying to get me not to submit the form as they wanted to leave the office
How you treat your customers shows the values of the institution and

French language courses are taught here. Cultural activities, exhibition, talks, theatre etc are also conducted occasionally

Where to begin, it's more a matter of minting money out of people's aspirations. Now each level has three sub levels which is equals to more time and money spend in return of bare minimum knowledge earned. My current teacher doesn't clear doubts and snaps. Although my earlier teacher of weekday classes was much better. Thanks to her I know a bit of French. It's all about luck whether you get a good or bad teacher.

It's a lovely place in lodhi road, those who has love art and towards theatre must visit.
Their auditorium is well equipped just at the entrance don't need to search.

Perhaps the best place to learn French language in Delhi. Arrogant, unwelcoming staff at the reception brings them down by 2 stars. Phone calls are seldom answered.

This is a great place for learning French. It has the best quality management. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. Course fees are also very low. Highly recommend this place over any other insitutions. The place also has its own canteen, library, museum and auditorium, you can compare it to best colleges amd universities all over the world.
