Worst staff experience ever. They closed the door and I came at midnight. Staff were asleep, and I could not get in. They also wouldn’t apologise

Overpriced, no consideration for bulk booking.the neighbouring hotels are much more inviting

Good venue for short meetings with lunch/dinner in an uppish South Delhi. Good food. Parking is a challenge.

At a very peaceful location and staff is very supportive and well mannered. Food quality is awesome

There do seem to be a number of fake reviews here, which made me hesitate to book the first time. But I've stayed here twice now, and it really is quite a decent, good value place to stay at. The rooms are weathered, but clean, pretty big rooms with lots of practical space. Bed is super comfortable, sheets and towels a little worn, but very clean. WiFi, AC all works well. Staff polite and helpful. And both day and night managers are fine. One may appear a little grouchy, but he's actually quite nice too. I didn't go out cos mine were short stays, but there seem to be plenty of good restaurants and shops just within walking distance.

Staff is very good, food is very good,
Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.
Everyone at the hotel were very polite.
The staff is very honest as I had left back some items in the room and they didn't even check the bag and everything was intact.

Stingy administration.
Stayed for 4 days. We mostly stayed the nights and never had any expectations from the hotel, never complained about dirty or torn towels, their lack of cleaning the room (we had to remind them often). Besides all this, while we were leaving to the airport at night they demanded us to pay 1000 rupees cause they found tea stain on the bedsheet.
And the worst part is they weren't even polite while asking that.

The most unprofessional Hotel in the industry. We made our booking through Make My Trip a few days back for their premium double room for 2 nights from March 17,2023 to March 19,2023. When we reached the hotel we were told that there's no booking in our name. According to them they hadn't received any booking from # Make My Trip. After a lot of argument and painful waiting period we were told that only a deluxe room was available - take it or leave it. When we told the manager that we have paid for a higher category room, please refund the difference, they tell us to contact Make My Trip. When MMT contacted them, they lied through their teeth stating that they have offered us the premium room, when we countered them they said that t hey never told us that they were giving us a deluxe room n that it was a premium room. When we wanted to see the two rooms they didn't allow. At 10.30pm, they did all this drama with us, torturing us mentally exhausting us even further.

Please beware of these scamsters - they together with Make My Trip are out to harass people like us who put their trust in organisation like Make My Trip.

Felt like i was home and at a safe place. Great breakfast buffet, amazing service, rates were nominal and the best part was the staff is so welcoming and understanding

Worst experience in terms of ambience and amenities, not at all value for money, hotel actual pricing of room should be around 1200 rs a day, switches of the hotels are like this mentioned in pic …if you are not being cautious you will be electrocuted, ac was not working, lift was not working

Very very overpriced. Water bottle without bill is of rs63.

And manager is extreme rude. I think people should avoid staying there

Very bad hotel. The food was very bad and stale. I am having stomach infection after coming from this hotel.

Little costly but one might not regret for the quality service it offer and location of the property also quite nice. It's basement have ceremonial or meeting events arrangement room which is ok for 150 people at a time.

Worst hotel ever for this Price, 25k for three nights. Main thing is the service, They aren't polite. Humble request never choose this. You can get into crown plaza instead of this.

Went to he restaurant. Amazing food. Tried the kadai paner, mushroom curry and the dal tadka with salad, butter roti and yogurt. Completely loved it.:)

I am very much depressed from your hospitality.i refereed one of my friend Gaurav Bihani in your hotel for business trip.but you people misbehaved him.even you did not sort out AC problem.which was the big issue.every year i recommended many client in your hotel but since few month misbehave issue from manager of Alpina hotel are coming from my client. So i will not allow to anyone in your hotel for your rude behavior. Very disappointed from your service and behavior.

Breakfast options are very less. Fruit salad is must from health point of view. Rooms shall have some eatable on chargeable; basis.

It is situated at a very calm place. Very good interior and cleanliness was satisfactory. Hospitality is also very good. Nice place to stay.

Rooms and locality of hotel extremely good. But Air conditioning units do not work in winters. And because if the heater on in most of the lobbies the place gets very humid and uncomfortable. Avoid in winters.

Good hotel with better amenities. Spacious and well maintained. It has a park very near to the hotel, where one can go for a walk. Good Location, Greater Kailash part-1

Staffs are cordial and welcoming. Parking space is also good.

Foods are ok. Breakfast buffet, have enough variety and it was sufficient for a good start of the day.
