Very friendly staff. We had heard about the seekh kebabs so decided to give those a try and my oh my! The tawa seekh was mind blowing and the butter chicken had an intense aroma of khade masale. Their butter garlic naan is huge and goes well with the seekh kebabs. Even the platter was amazing as well got some keema and dal in it too.

One of the worst restaurants ever! Overhyped!

Ambience: Very unhygienic kitchen. Dirty plates and spoons.

Food: Everything was served cold. Naan, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Rahra were so disgusting in taste. Quality of chicken is poor, tastes like frozen chicken. Never ever visiting again.

Service: Pathetic, slow service with ignorant staff. Asked so many times to reheat the food but they only pretended to do so. Everytime food was served cold.

Food is superb, flavourfull. Price is a little on the higher side but justifies. It is the main Sarojini market. Getting there may be a Hassel in car at day time. Recommended by me.

Not good, as they r looting money because price is too high and food quality is very low, and very rude behaviour too. That was worst experience. Don't waste your time and money.

Great place for food after a shopping spree. The staff and the owner are very welcoming. Do try the Bhatti Chicken Tikka (5/5).

This place is very known and famous for its delicacies in Tandoori and Gravy Items for both veg and non veg items. Their Non Veg thali contains ample of food which is super Sumptuous. The Butter Chicken is sooo good in taste. Chicken Rara is a bit Spicy with awesome taste. I also tried their Bhatti Chaap which was juicy and tangy as well. Chicken seekh kebabs were sooo droolworthy and tasty. Loved this place!

It is an okay place in mid of sarojini market. Food is not that bad but with the cost, not justified. They need to improve on hygiene and cleanliness.

Few days back i visited this place with my buddies. The outlet was clean nd hygenic. Staff was polite and humble. As i tried their bhatti chaap, paneer pasanda with butter naan. The bhatti chaap was amazing. I really really loved it. Paneer pasnda was good too. Must try their bhatti chapp. Overall experience was good must visit this place

Visited this restaurant after a gap of almost 15 years for lunch.located within the sarojini nagar market.the restaurant was clean.and service was prompt.we ordered vegetarian thali and saag mutton with tandoori rotis.saag mutton was very good and went along very well with the hot crispy rotis.

Have heard so much about Amar Jyoti Sarojini nagar.finally visited yesterday. Must be a first visit to any dine in restaurant post 2020 March. Loved the dal makhani. Seekh kebabs and tandoori chicken. Dal was awsome, had it for the first time in Delhi and was amazed to see the size of the garlic Naan. Would love to visit again to try other delicacy. Specially mutton maincourse dishes.

I ordered some starters from here after seeing thier instagram page. The pictures of seekh kebab, tandoori momos, tandoori chicken were really tempting. It was a direct order and they sent me the order in time, nicely packed. Lots of masala in the Tandoori chicken, and it was juicy and delicious, one of the best I had. The Tandoori Momos were superb, they are not in the regular menu yet, they prepare them on request. The Seekh Kebab were equally good, juicy and delicious. I really loved the food experience.

Mutton seekh Kebabs were the best I ever had from this place. Very different from all the places, I had seen the pics on instagram and ordered from here, surely delighted by the taste. I could have it as a snack and a bread also. Disposables were given as per request. The packing was excellent too.

Last night I ordered a starter and a main course dish from Amarjyoti restaurant. Dal makhani and laccha parantha was fresh and delivered hot with an amazing combination of spices it tasted really well. The chinese dish chilli paneer momos were unbeatable at taste as I never had something so drooling that in terms of quality and quantity uncompromised.

It's literally the best place to be in the Sarojini market.

I always visit this place after shopping for hours.

The starters are amazing and one definitely needs to try their Mutton Seekh Kebab. They are extremely soft and full of flavour.

The pindi chhole are a vegetarian favourite.

Amar Jyoti Restaurant has recently turned my favourite after a regular streak of great experiences. I have tried all roasted dishes from thier menu. Last night I ordered Afghani chicken and it turned out to be amazing too. Creamy and properly roasted till the bone. Packing was nice and food reached in time. Really good stuff

I tried momo, singapori chowmin and egg fried rice.
Momo were just okay okay.
Chowmin was not even close to for what It was named.
Egg fried rice this was good.
Overall the experience was not good in terms of taste and the price were high compared to other restaurant.

Whenever I am in this restaurant, I fall in love with the food they serve. They serve awesome North Indian Food.

It's a nice place to try all cuisines at one place. And you would love the "Chole Bhature" they made.

Just a regular restaurant.nothing special.
No card payment accepted. No finger bowl after having your meal.
Serving was speedy but nothing wow factor.

Pathetic services. Staff is very rude to guest initially it used to be quite commendable bcz old uncle use to sit n watch over the staff n work in kitchen but now it's going with the flow sorry to say but 2nd time in a row had such an experience with this restaurant past 4 yrs never have faced such issues

One of the worst restaurant in sarojani nagar. Don't go there. There are separate floor for North Indian food and south Indian food. Better to go to haldiram and other reputed restaurants. I ordered paneer dosa and the sambhar was very bad. It lacked salt and taste was not there. Even my sister can cook better sambhar than they make.

Went to this place yesterday with my pals. The food was so amazing. Service was so fast and the staff was so courteous.
Truly a perfect place to hangout with your family and friends.
I really loved their channa masala and the paneer tikka.
Seekh kebab and tandoori chaap were also tasty much.
Loved their daal tadka as well.

Well, It was my First time, Location wise you would have put some Efforts into finding it. The Food was very Good, Specially Butter Chicken Gravy. The only concern is that It's very tightly Packed together, therefore making it less possible to Move around.

Service is awful! I ordered for a veg thali and after 20 mins I was informed that it will take more time so I should better opt for chola bhatura instead. It was completely pedestrian in taste and at Rs. 169/- simply over priced.

One of the best restaurant of sarojni nagar. If you guys are near to this place then would suggest you to must try this outlet. The outlet serves delicious north indian food for which you’ll crave it again and again. I tried tawa seekh, tandoori chicken, dal tadka and kadhai paneer, each and every item was so delicious. Would highly recommend you to try dal tadka, tawa seekh and pind chole.

Recently I visited here and enjoyed alot with my friends. The ambience was great and their service was nice. I tried Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Chaap, Channa Masala, Dal Tadka, Garlic Naan and Lachha Parantha. Their taste was good. My overall experience was good. A good place to visit with family and friends. Ambience and food quality is Ok. We ordered Birayani which is not up to the mark. Starters and beverages are good. Overall its a place where u can come and enjoy AC cooling with average food after a tired purchase in market.

We had simple north indian for lunch and they served it good. You can have lunch here while shopping at sarojini flea market.

Fine Place to eat. It has separate floors for North and South Indian food. I had kadhai paneer with Tandoori Roti. My friends had Mutton Biriyani and Kadhai Chicken. We were all pretty satisfied. 1000 Rupees for 3 people.

They have quite a lovely menu and must have when visiting sarojini market. We tried pudina paratha.chicken rahra.chicken lemon coriander soup and sheikh kebab. All were too good. The soup we tried was so unique in flavour, nothing like any other soup i have had.

Very bad restaurant never visit there they are charge very costly but according to tht service is very poor

This is a restaurant in sarojini Nagar so you can expect it to be crowded most of the time. The food was great and it can be a great recharge for somebody who has spent the entire day simply shopping in the nearby market. The shop owner was really friendly and would ensure that you have a great experience there.

Not sooooo gud as suggested in the reviews. You can shop around it and can visit jama masjid or any other foody place. Please avoid this restaurant.

Quantity was good and taste of fast food rating is 3 and I don't know about north indian. And there is a shake and juice shop adjacent to it I ordered KitKat and Oreo Shake it was literally same and it reminded me of my childhood Bournvita with milk.

A nice place to sit and eat in the crowded Sarojini market. We ordered a thali, it had dal makhani, Aloo Gobhi, Shahi paneer, raita, rice and parantha and salad. It was very wholesome. We also ordered strawberry and mango shake which too were quite good. The decor is decent and service is quick

This place is great. Food is taste and good quality is good too. Staff is courteous. A calm place perfect for family and couples.
I have a sensitive stomach, so only food of only few restaurants suits me. And this place is one of such, stomach comforting place. Although, prices are bit on high side. But staff service and good quality justify it.
