Very Average Experience. Sound quality is garbage. Even Dolby sounds like mono. Seat is not comfortable. When it is housefull air conditioner is also not effective. Only pro is affordable price but it is not worth it.
Great experience, with cheapest ticket @70 Rs. Only. If somebody wants to experience the era of 1990s watching movies in cinema Hall. Then must visit this. The loud, cheer and black ticketing all is here. Pulbangash is the nearest metro station on red line.
Old is Gold. Amba Cinema, a single screen theatre having more than 1,000 seats located at Ghanta Ghar Chowk is very near to Kamla Nagar & Delhi University (North Campus) etc. 60 years old building but looks like new and surviving till date with pride. All other nearby theaters of this age viz. Palace, Ritz, Kumar, Moti, Jubilee, Minerva and Alapna etc.have been shutdown. I remember it was March/April, 1968, when at the age of only 10, I saw my first movie 'An Evening in Paris' here with my school teachers and classmates. Recently in May month, to see a movie, I visited this cinema hall twice. In between, I saw very few movies here. Very Good Memories. Movie ticket rates are very reasonable i.e. Rs. 75/-, Rs. 150/- and Rs. 200/- only. I bought Rs. 150/- ticket and enjoyed very much. Most important thing I saw that large beautiful 'ANTIQUE WALL FANS'' are still there. So far as AC is concerned, in last row seats, AC was not working smoothly. This could be because of large number of sitting capacity of more than 1,000 audience in the hall. This require some improvement. However, in the middle row seat, AC was working fine. I found Manager as well as staff very co-operative. Seats are good and not a big issue. In this price one can't expect more comfortable seats. If we require all comforts, we would have to be ready to pay extra for tickets etc. Food items available at reasonable rates. Majority of Crowd, I found here was sensible. Value for money. Overall very good experience. Thanks.
Two Cinemas One Palace And Other One Robbin Talkies AMBA CINEMA Left In Subzi Mandi Clock Tower Location With Food Items Inside And Good Seats Rates Are Same As Of Other But Cheaper To PVR
This cinema is bit old. Picture and audio quality was good but sitting arrangement was messy. It don't have a proper cafeteria, you can get some cheap quality items from the small canteen it have. Tickets rates are low as compare to fun cinema.
Amba cinema is the place around North Campus, DU for anyone who wants to see a stereotyped version of the DU crowd. Also, the tickets are relatively cheap so it is pocket friendly. The staff are very polite and cooperative so that's a plus point. The display and sound are up to the mark so thats another push factor. They can work on making the seats better, which is one negative of the place. They could also regulate the viewership state of drunkenness which I find to be another of its cons.
This theatre have actually very impressive and provides very good audio quality at very cheap cost. Stereo type sound and Dolby digital atmos makes more interesting for the viewer.
One of the old cinema of delhi. Situated near ghanta ghar, kamla nagar, near shakti nagar chowk. Here u can experience picture from box view at very cheap rate. Realyy nice and old picture hall.
A student and family friendly cinema hall. Made like old age halls and seats are pretty cool regardless is old infra. If you want to go in cinema full of joys and Sitiies mixed with Noise of joyful moments, then this is a great place for u. Tickets are lower in price, but u should prefer balkani seats for a good experience. .
Screen is bigger but chairs are old because it is old cinema. Prices are very low so you can easily afford. Clean and hygienic. Nearby to ghanta ghar and Delhi University. Snacks are also available. Overall good experience.
One of the best budget movie theatre in North Delhi. With digital screen and Dolby sound system Ticket price is way too affordable. Seats are a bit average but otherwise great hall at that price.
Not a decent place to visit. Seats of this theatre are all worn out and you can witness iron nails peeping from the non-existent cushion. Also this place majorly lacks air conditioning.
I have been in this Cinema theater on December 2019, Its price for Cinema tickets is cheap and comfortable. Economy lower class is not too good. It need little clean and repair seats. Location is also good you can easily find. Bheer bharbhi nhi he. Sor saraba bhi nhi he. Ladhai bhi nhihe. Right extremes bhi nhi milega wahape. Bura mat manna.
Amba cinema is very spacious cinema and a big cinems in kamla nagar. Yes i want to tell you guys in front of cinema. There is chaap corner.if you are planning to go for a movie. Must try that too. You will love it.
Ac Hall and with just RS 65 in delhi. Yet the seats are not well furnished but we can manage at this low price.screen and sound is also good. We can say that this cinema hall is sasta, Sundar and tikau
