Do not go there, your money and time will be sucked. Will create a problem in your bike and give you unrealistic bill

Even dust not cleaned on chain cover engine and rim also.

Aapke service center k service wale bande achhe hai but billing wale log fraud hai mere se extra money charge kiya i badly disappointed
They charge 400₹ extra

Please refrain from visiting their service center. My bike is in good working conditions and all it required was basic servicing and oil change (i barely ran it for 7k). They gave me an estimate of 4000+
They have labor charge as 650, yet they ask for additional money for cleaning work which should already be covered in labor charges. I drove 20km for this center to get disappointed. Utterly stupid it was.

Also, I really don't think they are doing anything to improve their services as I can see a series of disappointed customers.

This service centre is kind of good service centre as the staff and technicians are polite. They offer many bike service options however some of them are expensive, but it may depend on your bike or scooty. They may even inspect other problematic areas of your vehicle and suggest to get that fixed but it's not a compulsion. They have a small waiting area too with Live footage of your bike's servicing displayed on a TV. The pricing is transparent but a non-technical person may get fooled by additional charges. They used to have a LIVE app to show the feed of servicing right in your hand at the comfort of your home but currently it isn't working. In all it is a good service centre.

स्टाफ यहाँ के बिलकुल फ्रेशर है, मेरे स्कूटी का एलेक्ट्रिटी कनैक्शन खराब कर दिया, और बॉडी के कितने पार्ट्स भी तोड़ दिये। बोलने पे कहते है की इन्शुरेंस मे डाल दो, 10 % देके हो जाएगा। कृपया कर के यहा सर्विस के लिए न दे। धन्यवाद।

Worst experience. Bilkul bekar service center hai. Staff not suppotive. Chain lubricant ke 300 le liye. Jabki doosre service centre par free hota hai.

Service is not good according to price. They charged approx 1,450 rupee for 1st service but still chain sound is continuously coming from the bike.

Excellent service and very good behavior of staff and very supportive staff customer careing is very good

Helping staff and job work is also very quick. They also have waiting lounge so that one can wait while watching TV and the ongoing work on your ride while waiting. You can also configure the remote surveillance using app which they can help you to get configured. Service station is usually busy on weekends but if you are going on a weekday usually it takes 2 hours or less to get your service done. Payment via UPI is also available.

Though basic needs like coffee machine and washroom is not that great. But I believe management will work it out.

The person name madhu is amazing. She is very Supportive and have excellence in providing parts delivery on time. I suggest to people if they would like to buy any geniune part so please connect with them.

Most pathetic service center of Yamaha. The floor manager Mr. Jha along with his chosen few mechanics dupe customers with sweet talking.
My bike's engine overhaul had to be done again in 3 months!
They try their best to dupe customers buy new parts inspite of no need.

That's why i loose my 3rd free service but over all is good experience,

The best customer service provided by the staff way too friendly and supportive they work honestly with diligence and always try to cut extra cost they give good advice on maintenance of the vehicle

Wasting to much time to customer for resolving any minor issue also staff behaviour is very rude specially Mr Santosh

Ahh.well equipped and good staff behaviour specially kartik sharma is very good in customer relations and good waiting room equipped with coffee machine. Overall it's good experience at ambuj Yamaha service center patparganj.

I go there for a simple service for my r15 v2 and the staff stay it cost me around 1200 for service and 18%gst. So i gave my bike to service but after service the cost me rs. 4,076 they work unnecessary work and rise the bill amount. They scam me. I suggest you to avoid this service center and go for another one. The staff was also lack in manners I say. Thats my first and the last time to go there for service.

They charged 2nd service but the first service was still pending but they denied and delivery was also delayed when I went to take the bike back at that time they started the service of bike.
