Owner is little weird and arrogant.
I asked him why the rates are same here in agency and other local dealer. Agency should have less rates.
First he denied then when i told him i personally asked from the local dealer he started saying delhi is the place of cheaters. Everyone here is a cheater
You don't know how he got his cement stock.

Be shameless and bargain for atleast 10 per cement packet.
This is for black cement i am saying.
