American Eagle Store

Worst experience, these people behave as irresponsible for their acts.
How can any common citizen know that their own online website and physical store are different.
When we asked about the discount they said there is no offer as of now, by this any one thinks that even their website doesn't have any offer.
They made us a loss of 25%, around 2000 rs of loss.
When we called to enquire about this, they tried to lie about things and were not at all responsible for their acts, they just want their store to have maximum sales, never worried about trying to meet the expectations of the customer.
Because whenever we go to Puma, Zara or H And M, they by themselves tell us about where the product is cheap either in their store or website
But these people say they are not aware of the products price in their own website. Their is a limit to lie about things man.

Mr Sunil Singh who is the manager at the store is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional and has the attitude of owning 4 stores under him. Bad policies and worse staff. I would like to raise this matter further and would appreciate if the American eagle team responds to it keeping in mind I’m a very frequent customer. Worst experience ever.

The staff is SUPER sweet, helpful and knowledgable. Wish i remembered his name but the person who tended to me understood quickly what I needed and pulled out matching products and even helped me with honest reviews when i tried them all. I got the jeans i bought tightened a bit at the waist - they did it for me in minutes, and a neat job at that. It was so refreshing to go here after spending a harrowing time in overcrowded Zara next door where the staff was snappy and queues were long
