I have a great experience with Garmin. I had Forerunner 245 and send them for sevice and they helped me and send me device in urgent basis because of my marathon.

Product - (Garmin forerunner 255 music)
Had problems with Gps, distance and speed was not recording. Gps was not starting since the purchase, then after 2 months, distance and speed stopped recording. I sent the watch here, within 17 days (including the transportation days from Mumbai to Delhi and back) the watch was repaired. Now it is working perfectly. Very satisfied with the service.

DO NOT BUY GARMIN PRODUCTS.
This is the authorised service center for Garmin. These guys will actually pay no attention to the problems you are having with your newly bought device even if you show them the data error. They are professional of wasting your time and money, and the effort that you put in testing the device.
I had problem with my Garmin heart rate monitor since the begining and since it is within its warranty period I have contacted them stating all the problems I was facing. I also send comparison data to them to understand the delta of the error in the heart rate monitor. They told me to courier the device from Bangalore (as Bangalore has no service center now) for inspection and service. After 1 month of constant follow up from my side over phone, they said the device is ready. But the device came back with the problems it had earlier as well. I have again mailed them. They did not bother to reply in 3 working days.
