Wish there was an option even worse than a single star. Most untrustworthy and unprofessional logistics service ever. Sent home items and my scooty on two major routes. Broke my visor once, now the side stand. Horribly coordinated staff. Intra-coordination amongst regional offices is a laughing stock. Great at making excuses, increasing delay after delay. Starting from the delivery staff to the top management, not an ounce of accountability. Just saw the delivery staff unload another bike before mine and lay it on the ground with sheer carelessness. Rather unfortunate experience. Really wish i could've chose another brand instead.
