I am client of this salon from last 5 years and Sonam, the manager of the salon is so polite and kind hearted. Here the services are the best I have ever experienced. ️

Does not deserve 1 star even. Really disgusting. Rude behaviour with clients. Totally senseless staff.
My wife faced problem of itching at scalp during touch up manager Sonam was so rude while complained. One can find much better options in same rates. Not worth it at all.

Worst worst worst salon ever they are soo soo rude please don’t come ever and soo called Sonam or suman I don’t know her name but she just playing the card of her age

They are just using dubilcate product

Today me and my father went to this salon and they were treating us like we are there servents and we left the salon because of the worst type of treatment, like the opening time is 10 am and we arrived at 10: 30 and there was only 1 boy and the manager when my father asked why others have not came he shouted on my father and said you have no right to ask this question. And when we arrived I told them I don't want my hair really short but In the middle of the haircut my scalp was visible and my father said that why did you did this he was like shut up like, a customer doesn't deserve a service like this if there was option to give this salon - infinity I would have given it

Very unprofessional… got my waxing done and they peeled my skin as well as burnt my skin it’s been 2 weeks the marks have not gone yet…. Also had gone for smoothing but their is no difference infact my hair color got lightened and even more worst than before ……. I would never go here also would not recommend to anyone

I visited this salon at miday, they acted as if in there was a power cut, the advisor herself was overacting that there's some construction work going on but being a resident of that area there was not such construction work, they let us starve in the heat, the main motive was not to provide electricity services to clients bcoz they think they are not being paid enough for the services they are providing. Very irresponsible staff, rude and also ruined my hair.
