Farzi ki negativity failai hui hai. I was quite scared while coming here. But if u have a genuine problem they will listen and act accordingly. Meri to change ho gayi bina bahas. AnilJi checked it and asked the manager to provide new one. Very good behavior.

The quality of after sale service they provide is phenomenal.
I went to claim my battery's warranty and they didn't give me a chance to complain. Especially their technician.
A consumer expects such service from every company!

Very worst experience. I had purchased Amron battery on 19 May 2019 and it got totally discharged recently. And I went here for replacement since it has 2 years guarantee/replacement. I showed them my guarantee card, but they were telling it's over written. It should be march instead of May. And they told this battery was late sold item. As per their policy this can't be replaced. Worst customer care service. Better not purchase battery from Amron. Really hated the service. I could hardly use 2 years this battery. And they didn't give me replacement also.

Staff is good and helpful.

This store opens at 10 a.m. In morning but they start working after 12: 00 noon. So please come after 12: 00 noon.

I have an battery with warranty of 48 month and it is the 3 year of warranty but when i have visited there stating the same. They refused to provide me the services in warranty. I was showing them the invoice and warranty period written in front battery on sticker. So it is a true case of harrasment

ए मरॉन सबसे घटिया बैटरी है गारंटी 2 साल की वारंटी 4 साल के मैंने इमरान से बैटरी खरीदी थी 18 10 2018 में बैटरी का नंबर AAB0336S231940 है यह बैटरी खराब हो गई छठे महीने 2019 में कंपनी ने यह बैटरी बदलर दूसरी बैटरी दी इसका नंबर है. AAB0323T218684 यह बैटरी खराब हो गई नौवें महीने 2020 में इसका नंबर है. AAB0337U227657 यह बैटरी खराब हो गई 10 महीने 2021 में आज तारीख है 2 नवंबर 2021 1 हफ्ते से बैटरी खराब है बैटरी चार्ज नहीं करवा लिया अब बिल्कुल खत्म हो गई कोई काम नहीं कर रही है कंपनी का कस्टमर केयर दिया हुआ है तो वह लगता है चाइना में बीएसएनल का नंबर किसी के पास होता नहीं है उस पर टोल फ्री है बाकी किसी के नंबर नहीं लगत
मैं इस कंपनी से यह शिकायत कर रहा हूं जब तुम्हारी बैटरी 1 साल चलने लायक नहीं है 4 साल की गारंटी वारंटी देने का क्या मतलब है दुनिया को चुतया समझ रखा है अब कस्टमर केयर कॉल कर रहा हूं तो कोई कांटेक्ट नहीं हो पा रहा है कालकाजी दिल्लीमें जिससे बैटरी लगवाई थी अब वह भी फोन नहीं उठा रहे हैं आप सब से रिक्वेस्ट है ऐसी बैटरी ना खरीदे नहीं तो परेशान ही रहेंगे

Ye service center wale customer se deal nahi krte.agar koi customer battery change karane jata bhi h to use bhej dete h.bolte h wahi jao jahan se battery khareedi thi.phir hum change karenge.very bad

I have purchased new battery for my sports bike Race Sport 200.they also took old battery in reasonable price.you can easily find any kind of battery for you vehicle.

No responsible person to attend the customer. No proper place to attending the car just like roadside mechanics

Honest people and helpful. Easily available dominar 400ABS battery with exchange price. All vehicles batteries are available here. Parking is difficult. Kindly park approximately 200meters away from store.

Rude employe and bad service, they charge for Warrenty product and not give the proper information, very bad

I bought an Amaro battery which was a defected product. I came here to get it checked/replaced and i'm so saddened to say that the unprofessional security guard didn't allowed me to get in saying that we are closing. All of a sudden a nice engineering working there. Came in to help me & checked the battery but he said that their is problem in the rectifier/charger so you get it checked. I did and went the next day and they said that we will not replace the battery for you we are sorry, I asked them the reason but they said that you got the battery from the unauthorised dealer. I showed them the warranty card and they denied go throught it. Thay never replaced my battery and I am still using the defected battery as the Voltage fluctuates intermittently. I made a wrong decision to stick with Amaron.

Worst service.bad behaviour with customers they do not know how to talk with customer.worst service centre working on road do not have proper place to work.uneducated employees.earlier they used to replace battery after testing load test on spot around 1/2hour and now they do drama we will test come after 2-3days then also they fool customers abhi report nahi aae.company Should change this dealer or if this is company operated store then they do not any control on their employees

Waiting from last 1 hour. Staff not supportive.entertaining another customer who came after me.

Staff are vary rood my battery changed three times in a year when i asked that why is not working they are not accepted battery are low
