Their service is not good. But since their route is from our locality I've travelled multiple times with them. But still they prove me wrong thinking they'll improve their service by the time

Price is quite okay but the buses are not clean and not even well-serviced. They are providing some features such as free wifi and water bottles with pillow and bedsheet but the way their members are behaving was not satisfied. So, 3 star would be okay.

Bus wala ka kuchh pta nhi kabhi kalindi kunj chhodte hain kabhi noida sector 37. They are not professional like others

Service is not good, improve it. I booked seat by telephone and staff not provide actual seat that I booked.

बहुत घटिया से भी घटिया सर्विस। कम से कम दस घंटे एक्स्ट्रा टाइम ले के चले और बुकिंग आगे तक का करके बीच मे ही उतार देते हैं। इसलिये बूकिंग टाइम पे कन्फर्म करे।

Driver and conductor are very good bus condition is not good very compact bus and one thing they do not provide tickets. I do no y they do like this. Office staff person very careless Only money matters for them.

Bus service is very good. Facility inside bus also excellent. I have travel regularly with AMS bus only.

Worst service, always try to gain extra money and not provide services properly! They treat as they are king and we are servent, you need more than us! That is tag line of whom!

Tickets booking and passenger traveling are very difficult time of booking they don't confirm seat and at time of bus start after adjusted broker seat they provide you seat very bad situation there are very broker and price of ticket as per broker.

Arranging of passenger is not good.
Should to be good management.
Otherwise bus service as per price expectation good.

It's a good travel agency and their staff behaviour is awesome overall it's a good transport system.

Facilities provided by shambhu shobha travels is excellent. Most important part is they are very humble and tried their best to help me out while i used their service every time.

One of the most comfortable bus ride from Delhi to Sivan.with dinner free from the travel agency.

Nice and good services. Frome DELHI to BIHAR by road. AC is well. Available water bottle, newspaper, Wi-Fi, blanket, pillow etc. The injoy full journey.

लोगो को उल्लु बनाने का काम करते हैं और कहते है कि दिल्ली से muzzafarpur तक जायगी लेकिन रास्ते में ही छोर देते है
उसके आगे जाना है तो एक्स्ट्रा पैसे लगेगा पैहले नहीं बताते है

Jaitpur comes under badarpur.nearby places are meethapur and hari nagar.this is a very congested area full of traffic all the time but there are a lot of shops, nice showrooms.good place for shopping but it can prove worst place if you come here with a car because there is no parking space available in this area.
