This property is located in the very good residential area with calm atmosphere and greenery all over. The ILBS hopsital is at walking distance from this location. This hotel provides hygienic and home taste like huge breakfast buffet in the morning which is inclusive of room rent. The cook prepares tasty foods which you can order from the menu provided. The rooms and washroom are clean. Mr. Laltu takes extra for cleaniness and always available when guests need him. The managers (Mr. Sunil and Mr. Shiv) are very cordial and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay in this property and wish them to grow and maintain such a nice guest friendly environment. Will recommend this property to everyone.

It is nearby to ILBS hospital. Good place for living for attendants coming with patients to delhi for longer treatment.

It was a great stay at Anand Bhawan, very convenient location in Delhi. Sunil Kumar at the reception was very accomodating to our needs and requirements for my family. Will recommend!

A wonderful place to stay if you are looking to stay anywhere close to Qutub Minar or in a vicinity of 10km from Airport.
Rooms are so neat and clean.
Staff there are so polite and helpful.
Food from their AND Kitchen is delicious.
Also they provide free luggage Storage room if you are checking out in the morning but you don't want to take your luggage with you while exploring Delhi.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and cooperative. The rooms were very decent and well maintained. Location was convenient. Food was good. Kudos to the manager Mr Shiv Kumar.

My stay was excellent and services and the behaviour of the staff members Mr. Shiv and Mr. Sunil were very co operative. And COVID protocols were also followed and the house keeping department also were maintaining the rooms very nicely.

We stayed here for 1 day with family including kids in Delux and Super Delux room. It was really a pleasant staying here. Food was also good and service is also quick and appealing. Staff was quite supportive and prompt at Service. Mr. Sunil (Manager) is very professional and coordinated well since I contacted him for booking. Rooms are very clean and toilets are also kept clean and well maintained. It feels safe also as it's gated and guard is sitting there all the time.

Just one of suggestion as that would make overall experience perfect:

- Breakfast served with room stay should have 2-3 more options to add to have some variety. Curd and butter with plain toast (bread) & Jam should also be there essentially as kids would prefer and love it.

Overall good experience staying there and would highly recommend it to others also who are looking good options to stay with all modern amenities nearly in budget.

Nice place to stay for ilbs patients's attendents ans otherwise also. Staff is very cooperative and facilities are good. Though it is a small hotel having around 28 rooms but it is worth stay with genuine tariff.

Loved this place. One of the best places to visit and hangout. It's cozy and warm, and very welcoming. The service is good and it's is super clean. The vicinity is also very resourceful.

Friendly polite staff. Excellent simple food. Clean and spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom and clean, hot water, laundry service and all. Great location, medicine shop, supermarket, bakery and convenience store all next door. WiFi works, all in all a great place if you are in Delhi for a few days.

Very nice boutique hotel with 11 well appointed rooms with balconies and clean modern toilets with ample parking nearby. A cousin had booked the entire place to house guests for a wedding. Didn't see their other facilities though they do have a dining room and conference room

I stayed at AB for close to a month and was impressed by the premium hospitality offered by the team. Rahul (manager) and supports team consisting of Pawan, Laltu and Ajay all were very supportive and extended full cooperation.

It was akin to home away from home experience for me. I would sincerely recommend to try and stay here if one is looking for a comfortable stay with good food in Delhi region.

Good Hotel in a Residential colony. Management is un-professional naturaly service is lacking in promptness.

I checked into this hotel on 26th, it was hardly 10 mins when i checked in and i went out for a stroll, hotel personnel called me up and asked me if they could use the duplicate key so that they could fix some setup box issues, which i denied them first, i asked them to do it later on, but they insisted again hence i allowed (very unprofessional). Room provided was too small (contrary to pic also), bed was even smaller, im a 5'9 guy, i could not fit in the bed while sleeping, had to fold my legs and sleep, i complained it to them as well. The door knob was defected. It was a regular bedroom door knob which could be only locked from the inside.

Water was not provided inspite of water provision clearly being mentioned in while booking. I requested them next morning to send water, it took them 15-20 mins to send one. And another day when i asked for water, they did not send anyone! So i had to go out and i purchased 3 bottles of water for my remaining time at the hotel.

I would not recommend anyone to go here, and also don't fall for the reviews, like i did.

This hotel staff is very nice and they all times help you gently from providing pick up and drop facility from airport to hotel or from hotel to the airport. And healthy food items in breakfast awesome taste and lovely experience.

This an awesome hotel in the heart of South Delhi in Vasant Kunj adjacent to ILBS Hospital.
Rooms are very nice and cosy.for me washrooms are more important than the rooms itself.and here they are excellant.neat thoughtfully made.extremely well stocked with toiletries et.all
Ohh.cosy balconies are big bonus.linens are neat spick and span.
They have 'and kitchens' which serves amazing food.it seriously is a steal deal at prices at which they offer rooms.it's more than value for your money.staff is courteous.

Starting from the entry parking facility is there your vehicle is safe, staff at reception is very courteous and very professionally qualified, rates are very very reasonable and competative, the rooms are very spaciousness and properly maintained, housekeeping staff excellent, quality of linen is just like a 5star hotel mattress size is very comfortable, wifi connectivity is there, 24 hours hot and cold water supply is there. I had a very nice and comfortable stay Best of luck

Mr Sunil hotel manager were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

The comfy stay, tasty food, cozy atmosphere, courteous staff, hygiene etc you get at such a nominal cost that too in a place like Vasantkunj is too beyond imagination. I was on a short official trip to Delhi and in a rush fortunately landed to this hotel, and wasn't expecting it to be so so good. Thanks team Anand Bhawan, and I am finalizing this as my permanent destination for all my stays in future.

Very modern hotel, clean and good facilities. Even Aircon in lift. Sunnin on reception is very helpful with good English.

Horrible. Told me that will shift me to another hotel when I reached Delhi. Very poor management.i have serious doubts about the integrity the hotel. As a single girl travelling alone to Delhi, the attitude of the hotel made me feel unsafe. Do not recommend it to anyone.

I am a regular visitor here. Its an amazing stay always. All the staffs are very polite. Mr. Sunil provides me assistance regarding room selection. Kitchen staffs are also very good. Delicious food with less oil.
